This is a great apartment in a great location for a family holiday.one of if not the best apartment in the Santa Maria complex,recently refurbished to a high standard.A car is not required when you go to this location as restaurants ,bars and shops are all within walking distance.

we bought the apartment because as soon as we walked into it we fell in love with the stunning views, i have been going to las americas for 20 years and we bought in the santa maria because it is such a good holiday complex, 30% of the apartment are privately owned and the rest are kept by the complex, so while it does have a community feel it also has the holiday complex feel also which keeps it vibrant.

What makes this apartment unique

as soon as you walk out of reception there are restaurants and bars within 1 minute walk, the location of the complex is superb.

This was my first visit to Santa Maria. Location is great, within walking distance to beach, shops, bars and restaurants.

As for the apartment, it was amazing. Truly the nicest place I have ever stayed in. Plenty of room, views were great and had everything you could ask for. I loved every minute of my stay.

Would I go back???? without a doubt, it was brilliant.

just came back from a week in santa maria have been there on a number of times now and found james`s apartment the best by far. there is every thing you need there and has a home from home feel about it and the views are amazing.will definnetly be booking again. many thanks james. lorraine&martin

Fantastic Apartment

This apartment is so handy for all the amenities within Fanabe/Costa Adeje. The decor is extremely welcoming and the beds are very comfortable. There is really nothing you can think of that isn't in this apartment. The view from the balcony is outstanding, we spent a good few hours taking it all in. I would not hesitate recommending this apartment to family and friends (then again, may not incase they book it when I want to go. We'd been to the Santa Maria complex before so knew there was no point in using the restaurant within the complex (food not the best, and if you are a picky eater like me, you just won't like it). They seem to be trying to establish some sort of entertainment in the evening at the pool bar, but from what we saw and heard it's best to give it a pass. Drawback at the pool is that you can only purchase food/drink if you obtain a card from reception - they don't accept cash. Numerous places to eat out at around the complex, Ghandi's the Indian Restaurant just under the hotel is very nice. If you are walking along the seafront then you must try the Blue Cactus, everything is very good and their Pizzas and Onion rings are a must. Good entertainment in the Moonlight bar (heading towards Fanabe)..............great 'turns' on every night and Lee the Karaoke compare is very profession (although many of the singers aren't). Holidaying in the USA next year as I have a big birthday then, but will be back to Tenerife thereafter and will be contacting James to book back into his apartment. Keep doing what you're doing ............... it works.

really enjoyed the stay beautiful apartment fantastic view couldn't ask for anything better been in santa maria lots of times and in other hotels but that was the best just like home from home will be booking for again

Booking Notes:
Deposit of £100 payable on booking and balance 6 weeks before departure. I have added the facility if the client wants to pay through owners direct. But beware there charges are high and you will be asked to pay about an extra £35pw. The cheaper way which is the way I have done it for the last 10 years is to send me a cheque or pay by bacs. Just email me your enquiry. Thanks.

Changeover Day:
We are very flexible with the change over day. Check in time is normally 2pm and departure time is 10am If the apartment is not fully booked you can normally stay longer than 10am and check in before 2pm.
