What I offer is an apartment that is two minutes from the town center so if you fancy a night out or a need a pint of milk late at night you have a two minute walk to a supermarket which is open!!!. There´s a money back guarantee if you are not happy with our location.The apartment is not huge but very compact what we don't have in size we have in top of the range utilities and electrical things and are constantly upgrading everything and most of ALL LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION.There is NEW OAK FLOORS, a New double sofa bed in the main room( plus we have a new top mattress if you want it even softer in the storage compartment under the bed) 1 and 2 single beds in the hall separated by a door for privacy and with this its ideal for 2 but you can have up to 4 people (If you are 4 people £125- £150 pounds each for a weeks accommodation is extremely good value especially in Chamonix Mont Blanc but remember you are there to ski, do things etc etc not laze about the apartment all day). The apartment has a full kitchen with a dishwasher, brand new oven, new Induction Hob and microwave there is a BRAND NEW bathroom, new duvets and pillows, there´s a flat screen digital TV with Chrome caste set up for you to caste any apps you have and USB stick so download any films etc and watch them direct via the TV USB socket also HDMI DVD and a selection of DVD films and a PS 3 games consuls also a Hard drive loaded up with films to just plug in and play, Iphone 5,6 and 7 docking port, back gammon and chess.The balcony has been newly tiled offering the chance of outdoor eating in the summer months (We have an electric and grill) with spectacular views also a brand new oak floor.

There is a fire extinguisher under the sink and a smoke detector fitted for added safety.

If you decide to rent our place we need to have a deposit and confirmation as soon as possible. There are bus transfer services from the airport (LET US BOOK YOUR TRANSFERS FOR YOU AS ALL PART OF THE SERVICE) you just pay the ticket price and we do all the bookings for you as part of your holiday experience with our apartment!! We are here to HELP the entire time.

We have a damage deposit that is taken when booking and is returned when you check out as long as there is no damage and the keys are returned(key holder is liable to pay for any cost incurred due to damages or breakages at your stay and the safe return of the keys). All rentals pay €30 for a final cleaning when they return the keys and receive their deposit back. This is standard procedure in Chamonix and insures the apartment is in the same condition when you leave for the next client as you arrived. We normally like our clients checked in around 12 Noon on arrival day and checked out around 10 am on departure day BUT we can be flexible if the the flights are favorable with the next clients or the apartment is available on check out day just ask, if you do have to check out there is a locked room where you leave your bags till later.

We can even sort out towels and linen, we ask people to take their own as its too expensive for us to keep washing and drying for short term stays. If you don't want to take your own my Rep can put a package together for you on your arrival for a small fee. Just 1 last thing PLEASE DO NOT TURN UP DRUNK OR BE ABUSIVE in any way to our staff as this will result with you being refused entry and losing the money you paid as nobody who is doing their work needs this!!!! Ski hire

There is a ski hire company opposite our apartment block they are very friendly and helpful and with good gear and its only across the road from us and offer a discount to people staying at. By time you get settled in you may only have 3/4 days skiing so I can't imagine it that expensive. The other option is this company is in the town center and about a 10 minute walk from my place but the cheapest over a weeks rental. We recommend both these for ski hire shops

Bus Transfers

We use the same company for all our clients they are excellent. They pick

you up at the airport and drop you to our front door. When its time to go

home they pick you up at the apartment and then straight to the airport.

The cost is about 30 euro's each way plus tax so if you budget at 60 euros per

person thats about it. We book your tickets and sort out everything for free

you just pay the ticket price, This firm has never let us down in 4 years and always turned up. We have heard

many horror stories of other companies not turning up on time and missed flights and last minute dashes in expensive taxis and bus firms going bankrupt over night leaving their customers in the lurch and having to get a taxi.

If you want me to book these tickets for you i need flight times a mobile contact number and the plane Ref number and how many bags and ski´s etc

I will pay the ticket price and i will send you an e-mail with the tickets

Later you can reimburse me after the money is taken

What makes this apartment unique

Centrally located and close to all the lifts. Get away from the 9 till 5 mundane lifestyle and relax.

This is great for information site and in English

Behind our apartment block is the learners slope and a HUT to buy a ski card for Brevent and learners slope so that´s a good way to spend a few hours getting used to skiing again.

What I recommend is if you fancy an after ski pint Bard Up does a 2 for 1 happy hour between 4 pm and 6 pm and there is always live music as well

and the bar is 150 m from our apartment if you go to the main road turn right and walk to the town center (100 m) when you cross the road don´t go down the walking street just turn left and you see the shopping center on your left hand side and some stairs going down to the river it is there the pub Bard up is. Also in the shopping center there is the supermarket which is called Casino and its the 1 I use.

There is also a local produce market every Saturday morning to buy locally produced Fruit and veg and local and national produced meats,cheeses and wines etc

It was all fantastic. The apartment was spot on and the location was fantastic. The Cham Bus transfer was incredibly easy to and very punctual.

We were lucky with the weather as there was tonnes of snow but great visibility. It was especially good on Saturday for when I skied the Vallee Blanche.

Notes on accommodation: Assistance with door-to-door bus transfers or car hire, ski hire, ski instructors, mountain guides, lift passes, places to eat, banks and after ski and qualified babysitters and the good pub guide. This apartment is so centrally located you are not out in chamonix valley where to come home in the evening you will need a taxi, everything in chamonix is within walking distance! The tourist info is only 5 minutes from our place. Outside: Beautifully lawned gardens to walk around Utility Room: Room for bikes, ski´s, snowboards, boots etc and luggage bags and suitcases so you dont clutter up the bathroom. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Let us put a package together of towels, bed linen, duvet covers and pillow cases and tee towels ready and waiting for you arrival instead of you taking your own ( excellent idea if you are on limited airplane baggage allowance) for a small fee on arrival

Nice clean apartment in a convenient location for town centre and slopes

The apartment was nice and clean with everything you need for a ski break in Chamonix. It is in a great location for the slopes at Brevent and Flegere with bus stops to get to the other slopes not far away. With the town centre right on your doorstep. Stephen the owner was extremely helpful throughout the whole process even finding and booking the flight transfers. His assistance made the whole booking process very easy. Would recommend this property.

A little gem.

This property is set in the heart of Chamonix with wonderful views of the Mont Blanc range from the balcony. The apartment is well equipped for all cooking and entertainment needs if required. We were incredibly lucky to experience 11 days of sunshine so the mountains were our playground.

Steve is incredibly efficient and helpful during the booking stage, he even booked our transfer bus at a discount. The information about our arrival and meeting his representative was first class. He obviously cares that his clients have a good experience at the apartment. Jeni when we met her was a delight and quickly sorted a problem we had on the second day.

I would certainly return to this property and the only reason I have given it a four star rating not five is it's size. It is very small but compact and in my opinion not suitable for four adults, a family with two children fine. We were just two adults so this was not a real problem once we had sorted out the logistics.

Great location. Everything you need from a base for a good week's skiing

Excellent location right in the centre of Chamonix. Plenty big enough for two. The joining instructions were very good, and the owner kept in touch before, during and after the holiday.

Great apartment, great location

Compact, clean, cosy, comfortable and in a great location, everything you need for a week in Chamonix. Good size bathroom with great shower, comfortable sofa bed, nice big TV and small kitchen area with everything you need. Have stayed here 3 times now and would recommend .

amazing apartment, best holiday ever

these apartments were everything i could have asked for and more. they were in an amazing location, The owner Steve was so helpful and arranged absolutely everything for us so we didnt have to worry about anything our trip was just perfect. Nothing was too much trouble and his house keeper was at hand to answer any questions we had, day or night, Our transfer to and from the airport organised by steve went without any problems, this really was a dream hol for me. It was close to fab restaurants, shops bars and the people were so helpful , we will be going back to these apartments !!
