Luxury ground floor apartment in Porto Do Mos with private rear garden. The apartment is fully air-conditioned, with two bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and opens onto private rear terrace and garden. The second bedroom has twin beds and also opens onto private rear terrace and garden. The kitchen is fully fitted complete with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, table and chairs and all utensils for day to day holidaying. Kitchen opens onto private front terrace overlooking pool and gardens. The living area has a sofa and sofa bed, with dining table with 6 chairs. There is a digital TV and DVD player. Ipod docking station. Wi-Fi is available. Patio doors lead out to the private terrace which overlooks pool and gardens with furniture and barbecue for relaxing and eating alfresco. Loungers are provided for sitting around the pool. The apartment is ideal for families with children as all areas of the pool can be seen from the front terrace.

About the Owner

The apartment is family owned and all of the family including ourselves our children and grandchildren, visit as much as we can. There is something for everyone, golf for those that want to play or just use the driving range, lovely spa facilities for the ladies and pools and beaches for the kids. Great restaurants both on the beach and in the old town and port of of Lagos. Great water sports and brilliant boat trips, including dolphin spotting. The apartment is like a home from home for us with all the equipment and facilities you want and need for any age.

We had a great time and the apartment was lovely. All facilities were spot on and the TV enabled us to catch up with the Olympics regularly. Pool was lovely as was the rear garden. The apartment was faultless. Very modern and spotlessly clean.

It had everything you could possibly need.Home from home.

Nikki was very helpful,and booking/arrival was seemless

As for the area,Porto de mos beach is lovely,but i would recommend walking/ driving half way down the hill as parking quite difficult. Other local beaches near the lighthouse are fabulous. If you eat at the beach- must book the restaurants as get very busy in peak time.

Just perfect

We have stayed in several apartments in these complexes around Porto De Mos but this is by far the best. Perfectly furnished and equipped with everything you could need and private garden makes it feel like a villa. Loved it so much we are going back for 2nd visit this summer!

We have been holidaying in the Algarve for 17 years and can't count how many places we have stayed in, but this is one of the best ever. It is situated above one of the best beaches in Portugal (which to us makes it one of the best in Europe, Cornwall with great weather), close to the very attractive town of Lagos, which has a range of attractions. The apartment itself has an upmarket feel about it and is very well stocked throughout. What also makes it special is the garden which at the end of the block gives a very secluded feel. With front and back terraces there is always sun or shade whichever you require. The gardens are expertly tended which give a grand setting for the pool. The manager Sylvester is friendly and very responsive to anything you may require, and the owner Nikki is such a pleasure to deal with. We shall definitely return. Gerard & Linda Yorkshire

A true home from home

Everything In the apartment was great and a true home from home. The kids loved the fact we had a little garden and we enjoyed a couple of bbq's.

Have discussed returning again next year with some more of our family.

A Time to Relax

Just back from spending 11 nights in the apartment. The apartment itself is in perfect condition and the greet service excellent, even if you turn up late. A good 35 minutes walk into Lagos where there are a number of great restaurants. Nearer to the apartment were two beach restaurants a ten minutes walk and again good food.

Apartment itself has a fantastic private garden to back. Big plus is the beds as many times have experienced poor quality beds. Definitely not the case here with long lie ins most mornings.

Bikes hired from Lagos and by the end of holidays fitness built up to manage some of the steeper hills. Local beaches excellent (Algarve) and the local golf courses looked to be good.

Lagos we found to be enjoyable a nice evening walk. Would definitely recommend the apartment and area for a relaxing break

Only a short walk from the local beach which has two fabulous restaurants overlooking the sea. Perfect for lunch or dinner. Lagos town centre is only a short drive away with some amazing restaurants, a lovely marina and lots of historical interest.

The beach at Porto Do Mos is a five minute walk or drive from the apartment . There is a large golden sandy beach complete with two restaurants serving excellent food daily, throughout the year. There are sunshades and loungers to hire on the beach. The Algarve boasts many beautiful beaches and further along from Porto Do Mos is Praia D'Luz, Burgau, Salema down to Sagres and back the other way, Lagos has a large sandy beach with lots of water sports and bars/restuarants.


Faro airport is approximately one hours drive from the apartment.


Lagos is the nearest town to Porto Do Mos. The area has a vast array of cobbled streets with cafes, bars and excellent restaurants to eat in. The main square has typical quaint houses and street entertainers, with plenty of gift shops as well as the normal banks and the main post office. Lagos boasts a large Marina which is home to many yachts and boats, and has plenty of restaurants and bars along with designer shops. Lagos beach has over 3kms of golden sand, water sports and restaurants.
