Ample parking space for cars and boat. Outside sitting area with shared barbecue and garden Friday to Friday bookings. No smoking.

About The Owner
Paul & Mandy have 5 children and have lived in the New Forest for 16 years. Our property is set in over 2 acres of land and we enjoy having guests stay with us. Our favourite beach is Highcliffe and we often visit the little KeyHaven for crab fishing and family walks. We use many of the Forest horse and bike trails as a family within a few minutes of our property.

33% deposit will hold an advance booking with the balance of 67% payable within 45 days of holiday. Please sign terms and conditions of booking form and return to us with deposit and/or full payment if booking within 45 days.
Changeovers are Friday to Friday. Please arrive at the property at 3pm. Please let us know if you will be arriving later. Keys are picked up from Owners in the main house adjacent to property. Please leave the property in welcoming condition by 10am.

Easy access to other coastal areas - Key Haven, Milford on Sea, HighCliffe Castle and beaches just 15 minutes drive from property. Lymington and ferry to Isle of Wight within 15 mins from property.
Bournemouth airport within 20 mins drive. Southampton within 30 mins. Ferry's from Lymington 15 mins.
2 Miles from New Milton - Tesco store within 10 min drive. Pub - Rising Sun just 5 mins walk from property. Good food and play area for kids. Rhinefield nature walk - red woods 10 mins drive
