I am a sales manger who works and lives in London, i have been thinking about my retirement plans for sometime so i was looking for an investment property in the UK, but then thought why not invest abroad to the place i love to go and can hopefully spend a lot of time there when i do retire.

Why John Murphy chose Albufeira

I brought my apartment in Sao Rafael 5 x years ago, as one of my friends has had a property there for over 20 years, Sao Rafael is a very relaxing and peaceful place that has some of the best beaches in Europe yet it is only 5 a mins drive to Albufeira old town with all its shops, bars and restaurants, since purchasing my property a few of my other friends has now also purchased there, as they have falling in love with the place also.

What makes this apartment unique

the property is only a short walk 5 to 10 mins to two beautiful beaches, the communal swimming pool is a 3 min walk through the gardens which also has a children's pool.

Notes on accommodation: There is a iron and ironing board in the apartment Cots, high chairs can be hired if required, there is heaters for the winter months. Outside: The property has a balcony with stunning sea views off the living room area there is a outside table with 4 chairs. there is parking spaces which is only a 2 minute walk from the apartment. the apartments are surrounded by well kept gardens the has a good size communal pool which includes sun beds and sun shades, all so by the pool is a communal inside area which includes a pool table/games room reading area (that also provides books to loan) internet access, toilets and shower. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All bed linen and bathroom towels are included and will be changed weekly please note beach towels is not included.

Money very well spent.

Stayed at this apartment with partner and 2 friends. We could not fault it. The property was very clean and VERY well equipped. High quality furniture throughout, mostly marble topped. The rooms were very spacious with build in storage and in the main bedroom there was also a lockable safe. The gardens were excellently well kept. Pool area was 5 star quality and not over crowded, was able to get sun loungers with no problem. We were welcomed by the owners rep and given extensive information about the accommodation and surrounding area and places of interest. Would recommend to a friend.
