A beautiful conversion of a detached coach house in the grounds of a traditional old country inn dating back to 1704. It is light and spacious and a combines character and comfort. It is located in a hamlet just outside a thriving village with shops, butchers, chemist, pubs and restaurants. The mainline station is only 1.5 miles away with its frequent trains to London (55 mins). Located in the heart of the Weald of Kent, the Old Coach House is ideally placed to explore the whole of Kent and Sussex including many National Trust properties and beautiful beaches. The Old Coach House is also perfect for those with small children and babies as many of the items you need can be supplied. Gatwick under 1 hour, Heathrow 1 hour, Stanstead 1.5hrs. Dover, Folkestone and Eurotunnel reached in under 1 hour. MINIMUM 3 NIGHT BOOKINGS ARE AVAILABLE OUT OF PEAK SEASON. Very popular cycling area. Mountain biking at Bedgebury (10 minutes drive) and around Bewl Water (15 minutes). Road cycling from front door round the beautiful Kent countryside. Beautiful walking. Countryside is right on the doorstep.

30% non-refundable deposit on booking. Balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. Payment must be by cheque or bank transfer. 75% of weekly fee for 3 night booking. 85% for 4 nights. 90% for bookings of 5 nights or more. Minimum £250 charge for your booking.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is Friday . Longer lets available by arrangement. Single night bookings taken within 4 weeks of arrival date only (minimum 3 nights) or fill between bookings. The property is available from 3pm. Departure by 10am.

Notes on prices:
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Minimum stay 7 nights in high/mid season. 3 nights bookings are calculated at 75% of the weekly rental price.

30% on booking and the balance 8 weeks before arrival. See terms and conditions sent by the owner.

Use of garden to the front of property. Utility Room: Iron, ironing board, stair gates, steriliser, baby monitor, high chair, washing basket, clothes airer. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels, bedlinen and kitchen linen all included. Bedlinen and towels changed every week for bookings of more than one week. Welcome pack including home made cake and bread on arrival. Other: Private courtyard to the back of the property with seating. Use of garden at the front of the property.
