Bedroom one has a double bed and bedroom two has a single beds and a set of bunks comfortably sleeping 5.
All bed linen is provided and the beds will be made up for your arrival. There is a shower room with power shower, basin and heated towel rail.The toilet is separate. The large fully equipped kitchen has a full size electric cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave & has loads of work surface. There is a huge open plan Lounge/dining area with open fire , TV with Digibox, Night storage-heaters and seating for 7. Large doors out on to south facing patio.
The dining table seats 6 comfortably. Logs and coal can be purchased from the owners of the Park.Bed linen is provided but not towels and the beds will be made up for your arrival. The property and linen are cleaned at the end of a booking.

Your bungalow is located on a private park in the beautiful Tamar valley The wooded surroundings provide a setting of such peace and quiet that it is difficult to imagine you are just minutes from the A38 which gives you easy access to the whole of Cornwall and Devon. The bungalow has recently been refurbished and consists of two bedrooms-one with a double bed and the second with a single bed and set of bunks. All bed linen is supplied and the beds will be made up for your arrival. The huge open plan living area consists of a fully equipped kitchen with hob, microwave, dishwasher and oven as well as loads of work surface and storage. There is a fully equipped laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer.. The kitchen then runs into the dining area with table and seating for 5 persons. The living room area has two sofas with again seating for
5, TV with freeview box and log burning stove to make for cosy living on those cooler evenings . Outside you have your own south facing patio with picnic table and plenty of room to soak up that Cornish sunshine or just to watch and listen to the local wildlife. The is an allocated parking space just at the side of the bungalow with additional parking at the entrance to the Park

Richard and I (Rebekah) now live in France. Prior this we lived in Cornwall and had owned a Holiday Park with 14 bungalows, before we decided to have a complete change and move for the sun, food, wine and slow pace of life. We have not been disappointed. We love living in France and love the challenge of speaking french. We wanted a village location so that we had neighbours and at the very least, a bakers. We chose the house because of its location, grandeur and because it has a lovely relaxing feel -just what you need for your holiday.
We are very lucky to still have our ties in Cornwall and have kept two of the bungalows at Notter Bridge. Having lived there for 10 years we know the park and the area very well and know that it is a great location to access all of Cornwall and Devon.

Why Rebekah Cooke chose South East Cornwall
Originally we bought the whole park as it is an ideal location to access Cornwall and Devon and the huge variety of different attractions that both have to offer. The park itself is tucked away in a very peacefull valley giving it that 'get away from it all' feeling but is actually very easily accessed from the A38 and equally is great for getting to places. Plymouth is 10 miles away with all the facilities you would expect from a modern city whilst retaining it historical background. You can access the rugged coastline of North Cornwall and easily get to key places like the Eden project, Bodmin Moor, and Lands End.
What makes this cottage unique
Not only do you get the total peace and quiet on the Park but you can enjoy all the other facilities that are provided on site. These include the heated swimming pool (during the summer months), tennis, football, badminton, and play area for the younger members of the family.
The bungalows have a fully equipped Kitchen and you have your own laundry facilities within the bungalows.
From spring 2014 WiFi will be available free of charge in your bungalow
Not only this but you have the chance to enjoy the countryside at its best with the park having been awarded an award for conservation for at least the past 5 years.
A £100/week deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance due eight weeks before the holiday. For reservations made less than eight week from the start date the full amount must be paid at the time of booking.
Saturday is the only changeover date in high season. At other times the changeover day can often be flexible.

Nice but not comfortable
Nice location but the house was poorly prepared as the emersion heater and shower weren't working and couldn't be fixed until the Monday. The landlord was very helpful in getting these issues resolved and the house was good for the rest of the week. The single bed matresses were not very comfortable for grown teenagers.
Lovely small cottage in the most tranquil valley, the only sounds are that of the birds and the river. Great location for resorts like Looe, Polperro and Mevagissy. We saw the New Year in with fireworks at Looe where there was a fantastic atmosphere with lots of people in fancy dress. In all a great break even at this normally the coldest time of year.
A wonderful week away
Although we stayed at the end of summer, both the property and the site on which it was set were maintained really well.
The location of the property gave perfect access to some of the loveliest coastal towns in Cornwall, and the local pub serving great food and beer being just a 5 minute walk away allowed for a lovely end to a days walking.
The owner, Rebekah, was absolutely wonderful responding to any questions I had as well as providing additional useful information.... will definitely be returning soon!
Very nice Chalet and Park
Very peaceful and beautifully kept holiday park. Modern and tidy Chalet. Lovely clean swimming pool. Good pub just outside the park. Handy dog walking wooded area close by. Needed a car to get around, but lovely unspoilt countryside. We had lovely weather which always helps!
We've just returned from a two week stay at NotterMill with our two children and Labrador dog, and we've all had a fabulous time. The lodge was perfect, lots of space inside, comfy beds, and a washer and dryer to use which proved vital with all the swimming in the pool we did. The grounds itself was peaceful and beautiful. A truly relaxing place. We had lots of space around our lodge and took full use of the outdoor pool, tennis, badminton, ping pong and the kids could play in the park. The dog enjoyed swimming in the stream and the walk to the pub at the end of the road. On arrival I had Tesco deliver our food which was easy. The beach at Whitsand was 15 min drive and a steepish walk to the beach but it was worth it. Kids bodyboarding and the dog playing in the sea too, really nice.
Looe village was about 15 min drive away, but a sweet little town and Polperro just further on, which was very Cornish.
Nottermill is in a great location to explore both Devon and Cornwall and we could of easily stayed another week. Will be definitely staying again.

weather was great, bungalow was clean and well equipped and is on a very nicely set out grounds with heated swimming pool,tennis court,riverside walk. very peaceful surroundings i would stay here again and recommend to all.
The kids loved it.

Activity and Interests
There are numerous beautiful Cornish beaches only 10-15 minutes drive from the park including Downderry and Whitsand Bay. Or you can easily get to the north coast and visit the dramatic coast line of Cornwall and Devon including Padstow and the surfing capital, Newquay.
A car is essential to maximise your enjoyment of your holidays. Supermarkets are at about 1 mile.
Nearest town is Saltash 3 miles. Nearest supermarket is Waitrose, 1 mile. Other Supermarkets are easily accessible within 10 miles. Plymouth is 7 miles.
The eden project is less than 30 minutes drive.
There are many local pubs and restaurants proving good food for all budgets the closest being the Notter Bridge Inn just 5 minutes walk down the lane. Because of the location of the park it is easy to get on either the A38 or A30 to visit the many sites places of interest that Cornwall has to offer. These include The Eden project, Minack Theatre, Lands end, Lost gardens of Heligan, Lanhydrock House, Pendennis Castle, Tintagel, Padstow, all the picturesque fishing villages of Cornwall such as Mousehole, St Ives and the Tate Gallery just to mention a few. There is also the whole of Devon to discover with the rich maritime history of Plymouth to discover. The whole area is steeped in history with places ranging from the wilds of the Moors to the very cosmopolitan location of Plymouth and Exeter.

- Notes on accommodation: Please note the prices are based on two people but can sleep up to 5 using the two bedrooms. All pets are welcome in our bungalow. A small additional charge is made depending on the animal. For example for dogs the charge is £30 per dog per week. Please contact us regarding other pets. Dogs are expected to be kept on a lead and under control at all times and not allowed to interfere with the enjoyment of other holiday makers one the park. All animals must be cleared up after as is the norm. Some beaches allow dog and others have limited access during certain months of the year. Please check before taking your dog onto any beach. Outside: There is a heated outdoor pool measuring 40'x20', 12x6m. The shallow end is 0.9m sloping to 1.48m at the deep end. The pool is open between Whitsun and September (date varies according to weather). There is a private South West facing patio at the rear of the bungalow with a picnic table and chairs. Right outside the bungalow is a dedicated parking space for your bungalow.
