It is within walking distance of the hotel, the tennis centre and Bellaluz which has a central plaza with shops, boutiques, a pharmacy along with restaurants and bars. This property is a penthouse apartment with 3 double bedrooms (one King and 4 singles) and 2 large bathrooms (1 en-suite). It has views to three sides as it at the end. The pools are a few minutes walk.It has a modern, spacious interior with 3 satellite TVs, DVD player and a high quality kitchen fitted with microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The apartment is furnished to an extremely high standard.

About the Owner
Our 4 'children' are now grown up but we spent wonderful months in La Manga as a family when they were younger as there is so much for adults and children to do and then tell each other about over dinner in the various great restaurants.
Nowadays, the 'children' enjoy taking friends, as well as sometimes joining us parents. We still all love the place. It offers relaxation and lots of occupations. Everyone can do their own thing, whether golf, sunbathing or shopping.

Lovely big apartment, spotlessly clean. Very well equipped. Resort Managemebt were excellent and very helpful. 3 min walk to a lovely pool. Restaurants and bars were great in the resort. Would highly recommend.

Featured at the heart of La Manga Club is one of the most highly regarded tennis center’s in Europe. It is the venue of The Davis and Federation Cup matches. It offers 28 courts (most floodlit) ,with a choice of surfaces including clay, green set and astroturf. The superb Tennis Academy features the latest 'V1' video technology and fully qualified resident professionals teaching five day courses or individual lessons for adults and children of all standards. There is also a squash court, a fully equipped gym and you can play bowls here too. The Tie Break snack bar offers a variety of healthy meals, snacks and drinks for you to enjoy on the sun terrace overlooking the tennis courts. There is also a fantastic spa at La Manga Club which boasts a 25 metre indoor pool, jacuzzi, steam and sauna. It also offers a range of beauty treatments.
There are 3 championship golf courses, North, South and West. The South has hosted the Spanish Open, the West is the most rugged, played round the Murcia Hills. There is a driving range and a golf school for juniors.
Nearest beach 5 mins drive away (La Cala). Also unspoilt long sandy beaches 10 mins drive at Playa Calblanque (strongly recommended) and developed ones at La Manga Strip.
Murcia (San Javier) airport, 25 mins. Alicante airport 1hr 10 mins. Car hire not essential although useful.
La Manga has all the facilities and amenities you need to have a fabulous holiday. However if you like to explore there are several villages nearby that offer a more Spanish and cheaper option. Los Belones is situated near the entrance to La Manga Club, approx 10 mins by car. It has a variety of restaurants and there is also a Catholic Church, and a fab ice cream parlour. Cartagena is approx 25 mins away. It has Corte Del Ingles and Parc Medetaraine (shopping mall, very good).
Many visitors feel that there is no need to leave La Manga Club but those that do go off exploring will find the area has many interesting walks both inland and along the coastline. There are bikes for hire and unspoilt beaches as well as more developed ones.There are historical places to visit both locally and in the nearby town of Cartagena. The city of Murcia boasts modern shopping and centuries old architecture with countless pavement bars and restaurants in the many old squares. The nearby village of Los Belones offers alternative places to eat at very reasonable cost. There is a Sunday market at Cabo do Palos where waterfront restaurants can be found.

Booking Note. Keys are to be collected from our Management Company. Should flight times conflict with this arrangement then key collection is by secure mail box, code supplied. We require credit card details to be taken by Resort Management on arrival in case of any damage to the apartment.
Bookings are made Saturday to Saturday. Check in time is 4pm and departure is 10.30am. There can be flexibility with these arrangements if other bookings permit..
Notes on prices:
Price is inclusive of wi-fi,air-conditioning, linen, towels and cleaning of the property after your stay. If your booking is longer than 10-days a mid-stay clean is included in the price. The property is managed by a local company who along with cleaning and maintenance provide a 24-hour emergency call-out service. Additional services such as change of linen,beach towels, cot hire, pre-stay shopping and airport-transfers can be provided at an additional cost.
40% deposit to owners bank required to secure a booking and balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to rental period. Details of flights i.e. airport, flight number and time are required for arrival and departure. Please send as soon as known to assist Management Company.

Sitting on the terrace in the evening seeing the twinkling lights of La Manga Strip far in the distance.We love the quiet, the tennis and walks along the coastal path. We enjoy Los Belones and Cartagena, the beach at Calblanque, the Sunday market in Cabo and the restaurants along Cabo sea front.”
