This impressive converted property is in the centre of the city, on the very doorstep of all that is interesting and exciting about York, you could not be better placed for a perfect city break. Within walking distance of train station and also York race course. The house has gated parking in front of the building. The rooms are newly renovated, spacious and light and are furnished and equipped to a very high standard. There is an en-suite shower room to the master bedroom and a family bathroom with skylight window to gaze at the stars whilst relaxing in a hot bubble bath. With all the local amenities just moments away you can enjoy the hustle and bustle of street entertainers, shops, restaurants/bars/cafes or relax with a peaceful river cruise/walk or a lazy picnic in the Minster Gardens.

I just wanted to say how much we enjoyed our weekend in York and your apartment/house made it so much better. It was so comfortable, had everything you needed and more. Full of local info everything in the apartment was so easy to use, heating, cooking facilities etc. sometimes these things can be a nightmare to work out. I would recommend it to anybody with total confidence. I forgot to mention how clean the apartment was, bedding towels etc. this is so important once again thanks,

our amazing christmas home

We stayed here 24th -27th dec 4 adults and were more than happy with the location so close to the Minster and all the attractions and within a few minutes of Bishy Rd too. The house is clean and well maintained. Everything was perfect and Trudi was always helpful when I spoke to her. We will recommend to anyone who wants to stay within walking distance of York city a bonus being the private parking space.....

Outstanding Home away from Home

The house was top notch 😄. It was so clean, comfy and had everything we could possibility need to celebrate my mum's 60th birthday.

The location was peerfect with a short stroll into The Shambles.

Trudi was a delight to deal with and the Christmas tree was a really nice touch - thanx.

I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to York.

Happy Birthday

My friend and I and our two daughters booked a visit here to celebrate my daughter's 18th birthday and we had an amazing visit to York. The property is within an easy 5 minute walk to the city centre so you can arrive, leave your car in the designated parking space and forget about it until it's time to go home. The house is in a quiet residential area, has everything you need and is very well looked after. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are well equipped with piping hot water whenever we needed it. Having coffee, tea, milk (and especially wine) ready for us when we arrived was very welcome - thank you. We will definitely be returning for another celebration - it's my 50th next year so perhaps then! Thank you so much Trudi for making the whole process,, from booking the house to checking that we enjoyed ourselves when we got home, so thorough. Elizabeth, Jennifer, Louise and Ellie xxxx

Great house and location

A really lovely clean house in a brilliant location. Very quiet residential area but within 5 minutes of the city centre. House felt very spacious due to high ceilings. Had everything (and more!) than needed. Wi-fi brilliant (happy teenagers!). Carefully manoeuvred car into first very narrow entrance only to realise there is a wider entrance a bit further along. Easy to book and access the property. Great welcome drinks in fridge. If you like gardens, recommend Breezy Knees on outskirts of York. Great cafe too. Thanks Trudi, will definitely book again.

Great property and location!

This is a great place to stay in York, with all the facilities you could wish for including quiet location and dedicated parking space. Attractions are within easy walking distance and there are good restaurants close by. Delrios is 5 minutes walk away and highly recommended if you enjoy Italian food! We would definitely stay here again if we visit York again.
