The rooms are newly renovated, spacious and light and are furnished and equipped to a very high standard. There is an en-suite shower room to the master bedroom and a family bathroom with skylight window to gaze at the stars whilst relaxing in a hot bubble bath. With all the local amenities just moments away you can enjoy the hustle and bustle of street entertainers, shops, restaurants/bars/cafes or relax with a peaceful river cruise/walk or a lazy picnic in the Minster Gardens.

I just wanted to say how much we enjoyed our weekend in York and your apartment/house made it so much better. It was so comfortable, had everything you needed and more. Full of local info everything in the apartment was so easy to use, heating, cooking facilities etc. sometimes these things can be a nightmare to work out. I would recommend it to anybody with total confidence. I forgot to mention how clean the apartment was, bedding towels etc. this is so important once again thanks,

"Super little property"

Super little property so close to the city centre with all its bars and restaurants. Only 5/10 minutes walk to attractions such as Castle museum, Jorvic Centre, National Railway Museum and River Cruises/rides. Private parking space also a great plus in the city of York. Although situated in a residential part of the city it is remarkably quiet. Definitely recommended.

Perfect!

What a find !

This was our first trip to York and we couldn't have found a better place to stay.

The cottage is spotlessly clean and was lovely and warm and cosy on a February evening.

The location is spot on for both the tourist attractions and just a short walk from lots of great places to eat.

We live in a village and were amazed that it was so quiet for being in the middle of a town.

We will definately return, thank you !

Clean, well maintained, charming and very conveniently located!

We loved staying here for a week. It's a great neighborhood and you can walk to all the main spots. The house is impeccable and worked well for the 3 of us, much better than a hotel. The property owner was very helpful prior to our arrival and we had no concerns while we stayed here, we would absolutely book this again.
