This impressive converted property is in the centre of the city, on the very doorstep of all that is interesting and exciting about York, you could not be better placed for a perfect city break. Within walking distance of train station and also York race course. The house has gated parking in front of the building. The rooms are newly renovated, spacious and light and are furnished and equipped to a very high standard. There is an en-suite shower room to the master bedroom and a family bathroom with skylight window to gaze at the stars whilst relaxing in a hot bubble bath. With all the local amenities just moments away you can enjoy the hustle and bustle of street entertainers, shops, restaurants/bars/cafes or relax with a peaceful river cruise/walk or a lazy picnic in the Minster Gardens.

I just wanted to say how much we enjoyed our weekend in York and your apartment/house made it so much better. It was so comfortable, had everything you needed and more. Full of local info everything in the apartment was so easy to use, heating, cooking facilities etc. sometimes these things can be a nightmare to work out. I would recommend it to anybody with total confidence. I forgot to mention how clean the apartment was, bedding towels etc. this is so important once again thanks,

Beautiful apartment in the centre of York

We loved this townhouse - it is advertised as luxury and it was. It was spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a mini-break.

The location was perfect, a short walk from the train station or into town. There are various dining options and a supermarket nearby. Usually when you book something central you have to put up with a bit of noise, but this house is very quiet and we all slept well.

We would book again if visiting York.

Superb Location, Clean and Tidy

Fantastic location for visiting York, a short walk and the city centre is ready for exploring. Far enough away from the City to be lovely and quiet. House was clean and tidy and well equipped, the welcome pack was appreciated by all and the York leaflets gave us lots to consider. Trudi got back to my messages quickly and the whole booking process was easy. Would recommend this property if you want to visit York City. Parking was a bonus, we didn't use the car all week but having a 4x4 the space was a bit of a tight squeeze, but don't let that put you off, you don't need a car!! I would also recommend a visit to Cosmo Restaurant less than 10 walk from the property.

On agreement of booking a booking fee is required to hold the property, this is £100 and is deducted from the rental costs, this deposit is none refundable. A refundable £100 security deposit is required.
