The property really is a home from home. Excellent location for where we wanted to see.

We had a fantastic 6 days in this property. It has everything you could wish for appliance wise.

Close to Aldi supermarket (walkable) and there are more supermarkets within close proximity. The restaurants and bars of the plaza are very close too.

The 3 golf courses of Villamartin, las rambles and campoamor are within 5-15 minutes.

Highly recommend this property.

Home from home, fantastic pool, perfect👍

Stayed here just over a week ago and I have to say it couldn't have been any better. The apartment was Clean and modern and the pool just at the back of the property AMAZING.

The property had loungers to take to the pool and a parasol to take to the beach and a Cool Bag which was a godsend in the Sunshine to take picnics to the beach with us there was also lots of buckets and spades, fishing nets etc to take with us which kept the kids entertained.

In the property there was sky tv and a DVD player which was great as our little girl was unwell one day so she could just lie and watch her DVDs she had brought.

Really is a home from Home only wish our home had the same fantastic weather.

Thank you so much for making our stay so perfect.

Great Apartment, lots of space, well furnished

We stayed for a week in May. It was a really nice apartment throughout. It's well built and everything works like new. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfy. The bathroom and shower were excellent. We really enjoyed the deck out back also. Parking was never a problem.

The complex is a bit of a drive from anywhere, but with a car it's not an issue. In fact, it was nice to be out of the noisy cities. And with the pool, you can just hang out all day.

The hosts were very easy to make arrangements with - we booked last minute, and they were very accommodating.

Home from home with the added bonus of sunshine and a pool!

From start to finish (including booking, arriving and returning home) we had a superb service and a wonderful time. The property was easy to find following the given directions and the apartment is kitted out with all of your home comforts and just sat waiting for your arrival.

The listing was very accurate and the property was clean, well maintained and a definite 'home from home'. We were able to eat breakfast every morning on the terrace overlooking the stunning and peaceful gardens and swimming pool.

The characteristic plaza was just a few minutes away with a little shop, restaurants and bars; the people are all friendly and happy and the beach was just a 5 minute drive away. There was a choice of supermarkets all close to the property itself as well as the villa martin golf course. We explored the area and spent time on the beach enjoying the laid back culture and incredibly warm sunshine.

Our son enjoyed the swimming pool which was practically in the back garden of the apartment (although it hadn't quite warmed up enough for me!) and we had a super family break away. We would highly recommend the owners who were very easy to liaise with and the apartment which was beautiful and met our needs. Thank you and we hope to use your services again. The Waltons.

Two bedroom apartment with lovely communal pool area

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment in Villamartin. It was very clean and well equipped with everything you need for a holiday. The beds are very comfortable, which is a big recommendation for this apartment. Outside was a covered seating area with a table, chairs and sun loungers. A few steps down lead on to a small paved garden where you could barbecue. There is a lovely communal pool area with palm trees. There is plenty of parking on the road outside the apartment. You would need a car as it is about a 15 minute walk to the nearest shop. Plenty of bars, restaurants an two supermarkets at Villamartin Plaza a five minute drive away.

Brilliant complex

Loved this apartment! Clean apartment with all equipment necessary for a comfortable stay plus more! Lovely clean pool area and was even better there's no rush for loungers you bring your own down each morning and back again. The Villamartin plaza is a 15 min walk or 6 euro taxi ride and has loads of bars/ restaurants and play area for kids. Zenia boulevard is also a short taxi away approx 8 euro and is every girls shopping dream Zara, mango, berska, c&a ect. Also has restaurants and bars. We arrived with no car but am actually booking to go back next year and will definitely be booking again and hiring a car this time round. All round lovely complex location and plenty to do close by. The owners are also very helpful which is a bonus.

We originally bought this as an investment, but have spent some lovely holidays with our family at the apartment. We have grown really fond of this area of the Costa Blanca as there are some lovely beaches, interesting places to visit and great places to eat. Some parts can seem very 'British', but by driving a short distance you can soon find pockets of the 'real' Spain.

Nearest Airport : Murcia at 30 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : at 1500 Metres Nearest Golf : at 1500 Metres Nearest Motorway : at 3 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : at 1500 Metres Nearest Beach : at 5 Kilometres Car: recommended


This area has some of the best beaches on the Costa Blanca. The three closest are La Zenia, Playa Flamenca and Cala Capitan, all boasting wide sandy coves, shallow bathing and beach bars for those all important cool beers or ice creams! Take goggles, snorkel and bread to Cala Capitan and you can feed and view the fish very closely. Drive 20 minutes south to Los Alcazares and enjoy the Mar Menor, where the water is very shalllow, very salty and floating is easy! All have free street parking.


Murcia is the closest airport about 30kms south - approx 25 minute journey. Relatively small, this airport has limited arrivals/ departures, but the plus side is quick baggage pick-up and exit. Alicante is much larger and approx 60kms north about 40 minutes drive to our apartment. Flights here are more frequent and often cheaper!. We do advise visitors to hire a car to make the most of their stay, however, we can arrange airport pick-up/drop-off for a fixed price, if you prefer not to drive.


The Villa Martin Plaza is a leisurely stroll (3 mins drive), where you will find Banks, a supermarket, various shops, plus numerous bars and restaurants catering for most tastes. The seaside resort of Torrevieja is about 15 minutes drive away and offers lovely beaches, a promenade lined with eateries, a great water park and many other tourist attractions. Alicante, Cartegena and Benidorm are all good places to visit in a day.

Further Details:

Many visitors to Spain come for the sun and the beaches, which in this area of the Costa Blanca are plentiful. However, for those who like to explore, this region has scenery, lakes and castles. Close by are the salt lakes at La Mata, look closely and you may see flamingos. The Palm tree forest and botanical gardens at Elche are lovely, with huge trees and enormous cacti. Travel an hour north, 25kms inland from Benidorm, along the narrow windy roads of the Aitana mountain range to the picturesque fortress village of Guadalest. Wander up through the cobbled streets to the square at the top for stunning views of the surrounding mountains and the reservoir below. Travel south towards San Pedro on the Mar Menor and take an evening stroll along the boardwalk at Lo Pagan. Here you can watch bathers take mud baths and see beautiful sunsets. If all this sounds a bit too quiet, then for the thrill seekers there are water parks, adventure parks and safari parks. Quad biking, go-carting, horse-riding and watersports are all on offer.

  • Outside: For alfresco dining we have provided a large table and seating for up to six people. The rear terrace is the perfect place for breakfast in the morning sun, but by lunchtime it becomes a shady retreat. From here you have a lovely view of the pool, which has been landscaped with grass and palm trees. There are sun loungers for relaxing by the pool or making the most of the sun-trap rear paved garden. For trips to the beach you will find a parasol, cool bag, ice-coolers and there is usually an assortment of buckets, spades and other children's toys available. There is a small BBQ available to use. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bath towels and bedlinen are provided. However, please remember to bring your own beach/pool towels. The apartment will be cleaned at changeover (the weekly rental fee includes this cost).
