This stunning modern house with its charming pool and garden, combined sun lounge and breakfast terraces and chill out area is located on the exclusive La Mola peninsula with captivating sea views to Dragonara Island. In the evening you can sit on the roof terrace and experience the mesmerising sunsets over the Mediterranean. Perfect with a sun downer! 15 minute stroll or 2 minute drive into Port Andratx and all this magnificent working fishing Port has to offer, A choice of mouth watering Spanish, Italian, Japonese, Indian, Thai, French, German and of course Mediterranean Cusine on your doorstep. The best fresh fish in Europe is available directly from the fishing boats daily. Every Wednesday, 5 kms away, is the popular Andratx market where you can buy anything from fresh Mallorquian produce to souvenirs. Several golf courses and beaches are located in the nearby area. Santa Ponsa with its country club and 3 golf courses is a 15 minute drive. Palma city is 25 minute drive.

‘We’re a family of 3 and stayed in a two bedroom house in August and would highly recommend it. The house is kitted out to a high standard with stunning views overlooking the sea from the outdoor terrace and roof terrace. The outside terrace, roof terrace and indoor lounge all contained very comfortable furniture - important when you want to relax. Our 4 year old son loved the plunge pool and it was easy to keep an eye on him from the sun loungers on the outside terrace. Inside, the kitchen contained everything that we needed, the lounge had satellite television and broadband access and the bedrooms both had ensuite bathrooms and comfortable beds. Port Andratx was a couple of minutes drive away and is a really pretty port with plenty of restaurants for eating out and a couple of supermarkets. The house was only around 30 minutes drive from the airport and we were met by Anthea with the keys and Anthea was also contactable during our holiday if we needed any help.

Special interest holidays:

Port Andratx has wonderful walking opportunities amongst beautiful scenery with stunning views of the island. Mallorca is also very popular with cyclists and is often used as a pre training destination before the tour de France. There is also scuba diving, snorkeling, hiking, rock-climbing, fishing and excursions available. The nature reserve of the island of Dragonera is worth a visit. Yacht and boat charters are also available on request.


Port Andratx has its own small beach which is a 5 minute drive away. Else larger beaches of Camp de Mar, Sant Elm and Paguera are no more then a 10 minutes drive with all types of water sports on offer for all ages. Boat and yacht hire is available in the port itself and there are numerous boat trips around the island to enjoy. There is also a local beach club with access to a cove which is only 2 minutes away. A water park is only 20 mins away as is the Marineland in Portals.


Most low cost airlines fly into Palma de Mallorca airport which is a 30 minute drive away by car or taxi. Palma Port is 25 minutes. It is recommended to hire a car, although taxis are easy to obtain.


Andratx town is 5 minutes, Santa Ponsa is 15 mins by car, Palma city is 25 mins by car, the north of the island e.g. Puerto Pollensa/Alcudia about 1 hour. The east to Cala d'Or takes also about one hour.

Stay tax €1 per night, per person. This amount will be due to the owner upon arrival. Does not apply to children under 16 years.

Booking Notes:
Please telephone or email the owner direct to arrange a booking or chat about the properties and area. To secure the reservation a 25% deposit is required and the final payment is required 8 weeks before the departure date. A 500€ refundable damage deposit will also be required which will be returned returned within seven days following inspection of the house.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is flexible depending on availability.

Departure time before 12pm and arrival after 4pm. If it is possible, there will be flexibility in these times.

Notes on prices:
Prices for house are all in Euros per week.

The standard cleaning and laundry service is carried out at the end of your stay which is included in the rental cost. If you require any further assistance it is available at an extra cost upon request. Towels and all linen is included.

There is a representative who is available to help you with all your needs. Please note, these are all non smoking houses. Smoking is not permitted inside the houses. Outside: Large terrace from front to back of the house. The front has a splash pool and complete garden furniture including sun loungers, parasol, lounge sofa, chairs and coffee table. At the rear is a six seater outdoor dining table with chairs and BBQ. Sun drenched roof terrace offering spectacular sea and sunset views including Dragonera island. Utility Room: Large storeroom/utility in the basement with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board and cleaning equipment.
