Renovated Barn, Conde-sur-vire, Normandy, France - Within Easy Reach Of All Amenities Including The D-day Beaches & Golfing

The barn was renovated 2009 to a high standard. Originally was built approx around 1808. The owners are on hand close by if you need any help.

The area Conde s/v has beautiful walks along the Vire which stretches from the Manche area through to Calvados. Fishing, cycling, bungee jumping, horse riding, canoeing, hiking, paint-balling, swimming, bowling, cinema, daily markets, restaurants, supermarkets, museums, Lovely long sandy beaches with wind surfing and land surfing. Join the French collecting the Mussels and shrimps. Fish for trout and crayfish in the local rivers and lakes. For the golf fanatics there is Omaha, Vire, Granville, Clecy, Cantelou, Le Bois Jugan and the Lac De La Dathee. Famous Mont St Michael an hours drive and the Medieval Town St Malo Caen ferry port 45 mins away. Cherbourg 80 mins away. Le harve 80 mins away. Dieppe 2 hrs 30mins away and Calais 3 hours 30 mins away. Dinard Airport 1 hr 45 mins away. Good rail service from St Lo. Paris Centre 3 hours away.

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. 25% deposit to be paid on booking and reserving your holiday week/s. Balance to be paid six weeks prior to your holiday. We also ask for a security deposit of £100 which can be a cheque.This will be either given back to you on departure or sent via post. This is to cover any unforeseen breakages or damage.

Changeover Day:
Saturday change-over normally, other days subject to arrangements. Arrive 4pm. Departure no later than 10am.
Bed linen is chargeable - see notes please. You can bring your own if you wish no problem.

25% of rental charge to be paid when booking and then 6 weeks prior to holiday the remander to be paid.,

Notes on accommodation: To allow our cleaning staff for change-over and prepare for new guests, we ask for guests not to arrive before 4pm on start of holiday and to vacant no later than 10am on finish of holiday. These times are adjustable according to the availability of the property. Please leave the property like you found it as if additional cleaning is required it will be deducted from your security cheque. Long and short stays are available by special arrangements. We ask for No Smoking inside the property please. Pets allowed. Private parking for at least 4 cars. There is an additional charge of approx £50 in the winter months for heating. Outside: Large grassed area to the rear along with a smaller gravel area with garden table and chairs. BBQ. Private above ground 16ft diameter swimming pool. Clothes line. Large parasol. Sun loungers with covers. Private parking. Saturday changeover normally SATURDAY .Other days by arrangement. Bed-Linen priced at £8.00 per person (this is optional) Includes Bath and hand towels. Other: We can accommodate for the extra guest on the bed-settee that is the living area if need be.
