Outside: A new summer room has been built leading off from the kitchen door. From this a double French door leads out to a courtyard patio with oak table and chairs and barbecue. The patio is filled with lots of terracotta plant pots and is ideal for alfresco dining. Along with the patio area there is a sunken patio, perfect for eating breakfast in the morning sun, there is also a seating area under a large pear tree. The plentiful ground is mainly grassed with wonderful uninterrupted views over open countryside. The pool area has a patio with sun loungers and large parasol. There is a well stocked herb garden for all your culinary needs and a small salad garden with tomatoes, lettuce, cucumber, rocket, spring onions etc. There is a small circular driveway to the rear of the house and shaded parking area. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All linen and towels are included and changed weekly during your stay. Other: Opposite the kitchen is the dining area with a large stone fire place and wood burning stove, ideal for those cooler nights. There is a circular oak dining table and four chairs. The exposed stonework gives the room, a real French feel.
