The town is over 2000 year old and is a treasure trove of 12th to 20th century architecture. Prcanj is the ideal base for exploring southern Montenegro, with easy access to the entire Kotor Bay area and the coastal towns of Budva and Sveti Stefan. The apartment is located with all the amenities nearby. There is a mini market approximately 50 metres from the property and a number of splendid cafes and restaurants within a short walking distance. 4* Splendido Hotel (1km) has free WiFi. Tivat airport is 15 min drive, Dubrovnik airport 90 min drive.
About the Owner
Hello I am a lawyer in England. The property that I hope you are interested in is my only foreign property and I only let it a few times a year to cover my expenses. It is therefore in pristine condition with newly purchased furniture and equipment. The outside of the property and common parts have also recently been completely re-decorated. My agent in Montenegro is Nicky Rose who looks after the day to day running of the property and arranges transfers to and from the airport if you require this. I hope that you come to stay and enjoy it. The location is one of the most beautiful in Europe if not the world.

the area is a world heritage site and is a magnet for artists and boating enthusiasts. the mountains area and local national park at lovcen is great for walking/hiking.
70 metres to the seafront, pebbled beach and concrete areas for sunbathing, safe bathing in clear blue sea.
20 min drive to the famous Jaz, Trsteno and Ploce beaches. 30 min drive to the beaches of Budva. Petrovac Bay is very pretty with good sandy beach (45 minutes). Ulcinj has 10km long sandy beach and kite-surfing, 90 minutes. Lake Skadar with some of the most beautiful scenery is 1 hour drive, there are regular boat trips around the lake for bird watching or for fishing.
Nearest airport is Tivat, about 15 minutes drive. There are more flights into Dubrovnik, just over border into Croatia, from most major airports in UK and European cities. Carriers include BA, Easyjet, Flybe, Jet2 and Croatia Airlines. There are plenty of car rentals in Dubrovnik airport, the easiest way to get to Montenegro, with transfer time of 1½ hrs. Dubrovnik offers the best value flights from UK.
Historic medieval Unesco heritage city of Kotor 10 minutes by car or bus; Budva Old Town, marina and many great beaches and clubs/casino 30 minutes; Hercog Novi Old Town 35 minutes; fabulous Sveti Stefan island paradise hotel 35 min. Spectacular Lovcen Mountain National Park is one hour away, fantastic Riviera coast road to Petrovac (great beach and village) about 50 minutes, on road from Budva & Sveti Stefan.
Kotor is great for history, culture, local market, tourist shops, banks/ATMs, internet cafes, restaurants, night clubs, boat/jet ski and bike hire, marina and hard-core walk up to old town walls.
Budva is biggest, most lively and international young-at-heart resort for under 30s, lots of shops, activities, nightlife, casinos etc.

The remaining balance is due no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival (or by prior arrangement with the owner). On arrival a refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is to be paid to the management company to cover any damage to the apartment or furnishings.
