One Bedroomed Apartment situated in the Kings P

This fully refurbished one bedroomed apartment is situated in a prime location for all amenities. It has a beautiful shared swimming pool, with an additional pool for children. These are surrounded by well tended gardens with sea views from the pool area. The apartment itself is in Block One and is situated on the second floor. There is a lift within this block or you can use the staircase. The apartment is at the rear of the building enabling you to enjoy the delights of a sunrise in the morning and a shaded balcony area to enjoy after a hard day at the beach or lazying by the pool. The apartment itself is furnished to a high specification and is very well maintained. To add to your enjoyment there is free Wi Fi connection, Smart TV, DVD, plus hi fi system and a fully equipped kitchen. There is regular bus service to Kato Paphos and the Town or alternatively in the opposite direction to Coral Bay. Should you wish to go further afield there are plenty of car hire or taxi services close to the complex.

We had a last minute getaway for a week in July. After a delayed journey due to baggage handlers strike our stress melted away as we arrived to this little haven. Beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean and the owners have thought of everything in this apartment, well equipped kitchen, lots of towels, wifi, dvd's games, maps. Oodles of hot water but to be honest we needed cool showers as the weather was v hot with 98% humidity, so the aircon in the lounge and bedroom was very welcome and cleverly on a timer.

The complex is quiet which suited us, the balcony having a mountain view with morning sun and it's own built in fan. Lovely pool and as the complex is completely privately owned was never packed. There are some sun loungers to use but no umbrellas for general use. Majority are private and locked by the apartment owners and there are specific ones for this property which are kept in the apartment and should be returned each evening.

The location was great, with lidl just at the bottom of the drive, as was the bus stop ( €20 euros for a weekly ticket) excellent public service which made full use of every day going to the harbour, coral bay, the mall. The interchange is great for getting to other places but taxis are well priced too. We used Stevies for the airport prompt and polite €27 euros each way. There is a nice selection of bars and restaurants close to the apartment and many at the harbour both covering all tastes and budgets.

Had a great time and just looking for flights to go back to this little gem

Lovely quiet apartment - highly recommend

We come out to Cyprus twice a year to visit our grown up children and their families who moved out here in 2007. We normally stay in Kato Paphos but found this lovely apartment on this site, Sue the owner replies so quickly to any enquiries and answers promptly to any questions.

The apartment was really clean, sheets clean, crisp and fresh, towels really soft and fluffy, bathroom sparkly clean. just cannot fault this apartment.

Lovely walk in shower with TWO shower heads, loved the rainforest shower

head, water pressure good too.

living/dining room area comfortable and relaxing, we had everything we needed for a home from home stay.

The complex is quiet and we spent every morning with a cuppa just sitting on the balcony which had the sun until midday, from the balcony we saw different species of birds and enjoying bird songs, even had a giggle one morning watching a crow telling a cat off and the crow actually sat next to the cat screeching at it.....Crow 1- cat 0. from the balcony you can see the mountain view and there is some waste ground where we watched a sparrow hawk hoovering for food, fantastic to watch and a perfect location for looking out for green finches and other birds.

Lidl's supermarket is within a stone's throw and bars and restaurants all along Tomb of the kings. (Tea for Two restaurant we would always recommend for their food)

From the front of the complex you can capture some stunning sunsets.

all in all a very pleasant stay, unfortunately our families are moving to Chloraka but we will definitely stay here again if ever we stay at Tomb of the kings.

Good location & facilities

We have used this apartment twice for holidays in summer 2013 & 2014 and would be happy to recommend. As well as being suitable for a small family it would also suit couples very well.

It is a short distance from Pathos airport, about 20 mins by car. The location is excellent with a supermarket on the edge of the complex and a variety of restaurants & bars within a short walking distance (under 5 mins). The popular harbour area is easily reached by public bus or taxi, or you can walk along the coastal path taking 30-40 mins.

A particular feature of the complex is the large swimming pool surrounded by sun bathing area, there is also a small paddling pool for young children. On both our stays the pool area was visited daily in the afternoon by Mr Rambo's ice cream van, popular with both adults & children alike.

The apartment itself is very clean & well equipped, including air conditioning. The balcony faces out to the mountains on the opposite side of the complex from the pool, providing a relaxing space to sit out. If you choose to hire a car the parking area is covered so it won't heat up hotter than your oven, and you have a good base from which to further explore the island.

Overall very good value.

From the Owner

We bought this property as it is in a privately owned complex and has 2 beautiful swimming pools and well tended garden areas. It also has outdoor showers and toilet facilities. The apartment itself is only minutes from the beach, restaurants and bars (all of which are of high standard). The apartment is very well located too for the World Heritage Site of the Tombs of the Kings being only a short walk away. There is also a regular bus service to the Town/Harbour and also to Coral Bay. The new 5 star Capital Resort is also across the road which has a health club which is open to non-residents. 2011 has also seen the opening of a large supermarket close by. A new walk way is also accessible from the complex which you can use to walk along the sea to the harbour.

Activity and Interests


Two minutes from the beach. 3 km from the harbour and the town. There is now a coastal walk from the apartment which you can take to the harbour and beyond.

In the opposite direction you are 5 km from Coral Bay.

Coral Bay has beautiful sandy beaches and water sports.

The harbour is a beautiful place to sit and watch the world go by or enjoy one of the many boat trips which are offered. From here you can also book fishing trips etc.


The nearest airport is Paphos which is 20 minutes from the complex. There are numerous taxis available here or car hire can be arranged.

A car is not essential for the location of this apartment but should you wish to explore the beautiful island of Cyprus you can hire a car at a reasonable cost, either by the day or weekly.


The town and harbour are only about five minutes away by car and easily accessible by the very efficient bus service.

Opposite the apartment is the World Heritage Site of the Tombs of the Kings and there are many more Heritage Sites within Paphos and its surrounding areas.

Troodos is a beautiful Mountain Range which is a must, although you will need to hire a car or book one of many excursions available.

Further Details:

There are plenty of restaurants and bars close to the apartment, including fine dining, Chinese, stone grill and taverns.

There are is a large supermarket situated just outside the complex area.

Within the Paphos area there are many amenities i.e. Water Park, Luna Park, Mini Golf, Aquarium, Paphos Bird and Animal Park, World Heritage Sites, driving range etc.

There is also the area called Akamas which is an unspoilt coast line where the turtles come to hatch.

This apartment is very spacious and is furnished and decorated to a very high standard Within the apartment there is a Smart T V, DVD, and Hi Fi System which will add to the comfort of your stay. The apartment also offers free Wi Fi. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, including fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave etc., should you decide to have a meal in, although there are plenty of restaurants for you to choose from just minutes away. The apartment looks out over the mountains so therefore you get a beautiful sunrise in the morning and after a hot day by the pool or beach you can relax on the balcony with a cool drink. The property is used by the owners themselves so everything you need for a happy holiday is available.
