2 airconditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with sea view close to the beach

2 Bedroom, south facing, duplex apartment situated on the second and top floors of a small development built by Pernod Ricard in 1990. It comprises an entrance hall with staircase to the top floor, bathroom, separate WC and living room with sofa and armchair. Kitchen area. Sliding doors lead onto a 10 sq metre balcony with small view of the sea. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and one with a double bed. Shower room with washbasin. and WC. Door leading onto a large terrace with table and chairs, sunbeds and a sea view over the bay. Situated in the small seaside village of Cavaliere, the apartment is very convenient for the beach and shops. It is reached by an outside staircase and the car park is at the front of the apartment.For the summer 2017 season we will have air conditioning fitted in the two bedrooms which will make them much more comfortable at night.

Why Caroline Coulter chose Hyeres region

We spent our first holiday in Cavaliere in 1987 when we fell in love with the area. We bought our original studio in 1988 and have been spending holidays there with our children and now, our grandchildren, ever since. In 2010 we bought our present apartment. We were attracted to it because of its large terrace with a sea view.

What makes this apartment unique

We think that Cavaliere is an ideal family holiday destination. Our apartment is very close to the beach and all amenities which makes living very easy and relaxed.

Outside: The balcony off the living room is 10sqm and has a dining table and chairs. The terrace on the top floor is 20sqm and has views over the bay of Cavaliere. On this balcony there is a dining table with umbrella and chairs and also 3 sun loungers. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and towels are not provided but hire can be arranged.

Excellent apartment, good, clean accommodation in a convenient position near a patisserie and beach

We had a lovely holiday, spending most of our time on the beach and swimming but also visiting Bormes les Mimosa and Port Grimaud.

There are excellent local restaurants and shops close to the apartment.

All in all, 5 star accommodation, excellent weather and wonderful swimming
