Perfectly located on the slopes of Le Grand Bornand/Chinaillon. The property is truly ski-in/ski-out, immediately above the principal lift of the area and ski school meeting point. Comprising of open plan lounge with under floor heating, flat screen TV and 7 speaker hi-fi surround sound, satellite TV, fully fitted kitchen with all appliances and dining area.

Having visited this location 20 years ago skiing, I rediscovered the village while driving through on a classic car rally in mid summer; and rediscovered the delights of the whole region.
It, for me, blends the best in value for good food and wine, summer & winter activities and a sense of local community.

Activity and Interests
Special interest holidays:
Ideal location for cycling, classic car touring, motorbike touring.
Nearest airport Geneva, just 1 hour drive away, served well by the A40 motorway, or 30 minutes from the historic town of Annecy.
Use of a car is recommended but not essential, as a taxi service can be arranged to the village from the airport as well as a regular ski bus from the terminal to the resort.
The shops, restaurants, bars and amenities of the village are just a 4 minute walk from the chalet.
Located ideally during the summer months for walking, climbing, cycling, riding, tennis, paragliding, canoeing etc. Ski lifts are opened for mountain bikes also. The historic city of Annecy, nestled alongside it's famous lake, is just a 30 minute drive from the chalet. The Tour De France has passed through the village as one of the high points and the property has excellent views of the area for this.
