Superb location. A fully refurbished ground floor 2 bedoom and 2 bath apartment on the beach. The property benefits from double glazing, air conditioning/heating , tv / dvd and wifi . Located within the Goya block within the well known Carabella apartments. Within the complex are gardens/free parking, 2 private pools (1 for baby’s) which are cleaned daily. 40 minutes from Palma airport and 200 meters from the marina with great shops, bars etc.
We chose the apartment because it is on the beach, with its own pool and easy access to the port/marina with its great choice of bars and restaurants. Please feel free email for any further information.
We have rented apartments in the Costa Del Sol over the past 14 years, but this year we decided to visit Majorca. After spending a week in this apartment it stands out to be the best one we have ever had, as the location is outstanding. Not only that, the owner couldn't have any more helpful, and the cleanliness of the apartment was really up to standard. The patio has the sun all day and the garden is easily accessed if you want to sunbathe and use the two loungers that are supplied. It has a very good sized swimming pool with an adjoining kids pool which we never found to be over busy and also has sunbeds to use around the pool. The apartment itself has a smart TV. which can access british programmes as well as netflix etc. and also has wi-fi which can be used using password supplied.

We had a great week here in June, the apartment itself is fantastic and beautifully furnished. We loved just sitting out on the terrace with a drink before going out for a meal.
The apartment itself its perfectly located on the beach with just a short walk to the marina with shops and some lovely restaurants and bars.
We would book again without hesitation.
I've stayed in this apartment several times over the last few summers, and it is great location for all the amenities that Puerto Alcudia has to offer. Just five minutes leisurely walk from the main restaurants and marina; the beach is just beyond the private garden in front of the veranda at the back (with a great little beach bar there if you want an ice cold beer while the kids paddle and play in the sand). Paddling and swimming for younger kids is really safe as there is no tide or current and the waters are very shallowly pitched with no sudden drop off to worry about.
Walk out of the front door and you can choose from at least half a dozen convenience stores with fresh foods and well priced wines; there is a bike hire shop 100 metre up the road for daily or weekly hire.
Looking at the apartment - it is fresh and airy with comfort cooling throughout. Double and single beds comfortable and a much better than standard fold out sofa- this is as good as a double bed. All the rooms are clean, and easy to keep clean with cool underfoot marble flooring. Walk out of the huge patio doors at the back onto the generously sized veranda (we easily had a dozen sat on the low walls and around the table one night) and enjoy a fabulous view of the bay beyond, with the mountains in the back ground. The private garden beyond the patio means you have much more privacy than you'd normally expect off such a central location on the beach. You can even use the sun loungers that come with the apartment to chill out here if you fancy a day or two away from the beach itself. TV & music player are decent quality.
Two showers are a great added convenience whilst one is over a bath!
