Es Moli is located on the brink of the enchanting village of Llubi. The completely renovated, original house and the developed mill tower offer a unique atmosphere for a memorable holiday far from mass tourism. The living room and bedrooms offer a romantic & original , yet comfortable charm. Additional sleeping facilities can be found in the developed tower. During autumn and spring 2 fireplaces offer a cosy, warm ambiance. On the large rooftop terrace and of course from the lookout of the tower You can enjoy an unspoilt view of the village and the Tramuntana Mountains at any time of the day. The covered veranda invites for extensive siestas and long, cosy nights with local wines. The mediterrenean front garden with private pool is a marvellous spot to cool down.

large sand beaches reached within 15 min driving, major cajas at the south and east coast within 25 min, Tramuntana mountain within 15 min

Travel:

Palma airport could be reached within 25 min, city of Palma within 20 min, Inca within 7 min.

Though a railway station and bus connections exist, car hire is highly recommended

Distances:

Es Moli is located 300 m from the village center with marked place, 2 bakeries, several small stores, restaurants and bars.

The town of Inca (7 km) offers all facilities for shopping, and is famous for its leather factories with outlet shopping

Further Details:

Es Moli is suitable especially for biker groups. The bikes can be placed in the carport. From Llubi easy and difficult tours by bike are highly recommended.

Booking Notes:
Upon booking a deposit of 50% of the complete rental rate has to be transferred to our account Norisbank IBAN DE33 100 777 770 5615448 10, BIC (SWIFT) NORSDE51. Upon arrival and before the key hand over the balance plus 100 GBP for the final cleaning has to be paid.

Changeover Day:
Preferred changeover days are Saturday and Sunday but are flexible. Arrival time after 4 pm, departure time 10 am.

Notes on prices:
The base price is valid for up to 4 persons. For further guests the following extra charge is to be paid:
any person above the age of 15 y an extra charge of 15 GBP /night , for children 8 - 15 y of 10 GBP/night.
Final Cleaning 80 GBP.
Cancellation fees:
Until 49 d before rental beginning: 10% of rental price.
Until 35 d before rental beginning: 35% of rental price.
Until 21 d before rental beginning: 60% of rental price.
Less than 21 d before rental beginning: 90% of rental price.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
