The 'Las Terrazas' complex is a five minute walk from Portals Nous Village, where you will find shops, a supermarket, restaurants and bars. The complex also has its own private access to the Port, which offers a wide selection of top restaurants, bars and boutiques. There are two beautiful sandy beaches also within a five minute walk. This fully air-conditioned apartment is beautifully furnished and enjoys panoramic sea views.it sits above the port and marina.the comlex has a few blocks but i consider this to be the best of them for privacy .It is on the ground floor not overlooked at all with front line views. You can view the pool from the kitchen window or the front door. All around the development are sun beds scattered about on various lawns. The decor with all the shrubs and trees are glorius .A toilet block is hidden nearby to the pool.

Notes on accommodation: Fully air-conditioned in living room and both bedrooms. I closed the apartment in 2012 and have had it fully reformed to a very high standard including. White 60 x60 gloss floor tiles throughout. False ceilings with low voltage lights with dimmers in all rooms. Automatic lights come on in the en suites. Seeing is believing. Outside: The las Terrazas complex offers stunning landscaped gardens and a very large tropical style pool. Sun loungers are provided for guests and there is direct access from the complex downstairs to the marina and beaches. In the grounds are tables and chairs and bench seats scattered around for all to share and enjoy the fantastic views and scenery and mostly the sun. Utility Room: The kitchen units are all fully intergrated. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Quality linens and bath towels are provided. please bring your own beach towels .The property is cleaned every changeover but please leave as you would expect to find it as time is short between changeovers Other: Situated in the finest block A within the complex, the apartment's 35m south-facing terrace enjoys the finest views of the marina and sea to the horizon There is a dining table to seat 6 when hungry. All furniture is new in the apartment and terrace.
