Perfect Family House Cogolin near St Tropez 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms

A beautiful family house with private pool with a child safety gate and secure garden for children and pets extremely well equipped and tastefully decorated with very attractive private garden.Fenced in if you have a dog. There are 3 double bedrooms and a large bathroom upstairs with shower and bath and toilet. downstairs there is a second bathroom with walking shower and toilet and a 3rd guest toilet There is a large kitchen extremely well equipped with 2 fridge freezers, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven and 4 hobs, All linen and towels are provided together with cots highchairs and even hairdryers you just have to bring yourselves and some cloths to wear. You can easily walk in to the village of Cogolin where there are lots of great restaurants bars and shops and a very large supermarket. The nearest beach is only 15 min by car with restaurants and a port. All the local medieval villages are within easy reach.

Allways a nice stay

We was repeated in the house and every time it was a nice stay. The property is very comfortable and clean and it is extremely well-equipped and offers a lot of amenities. In addition it is in easy walking distance to the beautiful local village which offers a full range of shops and a big supermarket. There are also some very good restaurants. The owners are very friendly and helpfull if necessery and was bringing fresh fruits from their own garden. We would definitely come back!

Exceptional property - well-maintained

The property is extremely comfortable in a quiet secluded area. It is extremely well-equipped and offers all amenities being in easy access for St Tropez, Gassin, Port Grimaud and all other 'jewels' of the Riviera. Similarly, it is in easy walking distance to the beautiful local village which offers a full range of shops as well as some excellent restaurants and bars. All of which added up to a superb holiday break. We would definitely stay there again!

Lovely self-contained property, great family base

Once you drive into the private driveway and shut the gates behind you, this property offers everything you need for a wonderful family holiday. It's perfectly located to explore Cogolin, St Tropez and surrounding area and there's plenty to do and see nearby. The garden/pool area is beautifully landscaped, offering privacy from the nearby villas.The pool is behind a lockable gated area, great when you have little ones running around. The kitchen (two fridges... we filled one with lovely food and one with wine!) and living area (comfy and homely) open out onto the patio and outdoor dining area, overlooking the pool. No complaints at all, really enjoyed this holiday. For beaches, head for the Plage des Marines de Cogolin area, the only family beach we really liked, with great restaurants close by the beach. Another must-visit is Port Grimaud, a little French Venice, so pretty, you can spend the whole day sitting waterside watching the world sail by (and more great restaurants!) Only one thing I would do to improve this property would be to install air-conditioning asap. It was the end of July and obviously extremely hot (44°C at its hottest), which was great for the tans!... but...very difficult for us pasty Brits to get comfortable, especially at night, with no air-con. Other than that, fantastic, highly recommended.

Holiday 2014

The house is very clean and spacious, with all bedrooms good size doubles and all equipped with ceiling fans. There are 2 excellently appointed bathrooms, and a kitchen with everything you would need, it is like a home from home.

You are able to walk into Cogolin town, and only a short drive from St. Tropez.

There is plenty of space for alfresco dinning and the garden and pool are beautifully maintained. We only booked for 1 week, however we enjoyed it so much we booked the following week as well.

We bought the land and built this property because we just love the Cote d`Azur and Provence with its wonderful restaurants, wines, food and beaches. Before we came to live here we used to come on holiday 2 or 3 times a year then we decided we had to move permanently to the smell of Provence where the weather suits our clothes.
