First floor apartment with two balconies, one overlooking the communal pool area and large one with table, 6 chairs, large parasol, 2 recliner chairs and barbeque. There is a small supermarket and tarverna just a few minutes' walk away. Paphos airport just a 20 minute taxi ride away and good bus links(http://www.cyprusbybus.com/busesmap.aspx) to Coral Bay, Paphos old town and Paphos Water Park. Car is not required. Within walking distance of the beach and harbour. This apartment is ideal for a relaxing holiday whilst being within easy walking distance of the lively tourist area of Kato Paphos with its many bars and restaurants. A new large supermarket and Paphos shopping mall have just opened 2km, within very easy reach of complex. The Harbour and main coast nearby have been extensively renovated and pedestrianised during 08, including a new pool served by the sea, this is a comfortable, friendly environment to enjoy an enjoyable stroll both during the day and evening.

About the Owner

Hi we are Dawn and Billy and we in our 50's (the new 40's). We have been married for 40 years and have 2 children and 2 grandchildren. We first went to holiday in Cyprus about 11 years ago in Limasol and over a few years discovered Paphos and fell in love with it. We have been very fortunate over the last couple of years, as we have had repeat bookings for our apartment.

We viewed a few properties, however, we fell in love with this beautiful small complex in Sirena Cypria. Local Bistro Pambis serves some of the best food in Paphos. Only 15 minutes to Bar street (Restaurant and Bars)

Special interest holidays:

Cyprus has some of the best diving facilities in the world. Numerous diversities and trips are available, ranging from a full-day trip to the wreck of the Zenobia (rated as one of the top 10 best wrecks in the world) to many exciting smaller shore and boat dives around the Paphos coast. Whether you are a complete beginner or experienced diver Paphos something for all.


Paphos beaches, seafront and harbour are all within a comfortable 15 mins walk or short 10 mins drive. The must visit Coral Bay beach is a 30 mins drive or an easy bus ride from Paphos seafront. A full range of watersports which include, speedboat hire, banana rides etc are all available at either beaches. The picturesque Paphos harbour which is lined with an affordable variety of fish/meat tavernas is located at the end of the seafront.


The apartment is located just 20 minutes from Paphos airport and is easy reached by car or taxi. A car is not essential, but why not be more adventurous and explore many of the gems the island has to offer. Many do not realise that the Cypriots drive on the same side of the road as us and drive right hand drive cars. The roads are excellent, signs are in Cypriot and English. There is now a local bus 603 bus stop just at the mini market. This bus goes to the harbour and watersports park.


The superb Coral Bay beach with its selection of watersports is a short 15 mins drive. The beautiful village of Latchi is a 50 mins drive. A great waterpark, crazy golf and go-kart track are about 5 mins by car, 20 minutes walk.

Much more to see, but to many to list all within easy reach.

Further Details:

Local store and restaurant/take away(Pambis) 2 mins walk. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops, ATMs, all within a pleasant 15-20 mins stroll. Local bus service literally outside your door that takes you to the harbour and waterpark. Go carts and mini golf very close to the waterpark.

If bookings are spread over more than 1 charging period the total payment will be calculated on a pro rata basis. Normal check-in times are 2pm and check-out times are 12 noon.
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure your booking with the balance payable 8 weeks before departure.

Change over days depends on the time of the flights. If there is an issue we will let you know before you book. We like to be flexible as possible.

  • Notes on accommodation: As this apartment is also used personally as a holiday home, we would be grateful for no smoking inside the apartment but it is OK outside on the balconies. Apartment 115 is on the first floor overlooking the pool with a dual balcony. We also have a local mobile which is cheaper than UK mobiles. It is a MTN pay as you go ( top up card can be bought at the local farm shop) and if you use it we would appreciate it if can leave it with some credit. Outside: There is a wonderfully large, attractive and safe swimming pool, complete with large 800 sq.m. terraces with plenty of sunbeds and poolside showers to cool down. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All towels and bed linen are provided with there is also four sun bathing towels. The apartment is not serviced during your stay.
