Beautifully and tastefully decorated, new 1 bedroom flat in the ground of my family home. The flat is set behind electric gates on 1 acre garden, the flat is fitted with all the amenities and home comforts to have a wonderful vacation. We are 400m from Sunnymeads train station which has frequent service to both London Waterloo and Windsor. In the garden is a fully fitted gym in the log cabin and 2 x bikes should you care to explore Windsor or the Great Park by bike. Flat is a smoke-free zone and sorry but no pets. Also no last minute bookings.

Very comfortable self contained apartment close to Heathrow and with excellent road and rail links to London and Windsor. Set near pleasant village of Wraysbury. Great base for sightseeing or touring.

Just Fantastic

We were very fortunate to have selected this property for our vacation. The owners were wonderful and the flat was just perfect for our stay. We were very close to the train station which assisted us in our travels. The owners had some staples available in the flat when we arrived which made us feel very welcome. We found some good pubs and restaurants near by. We definitely recommend this flat and hope to return in the future.

Fabulous Place to stay

A well appointed and very clean Flat/apartment in the owners large grounds.

Owners are very helpful and very friendly.

They treat you like friends they have known for years, and make you feel really relaxed and at home. The accommodation is in a nice upmarket area and convenient for places around that area. Windsor, London and more. Station is close so train can be used to save car travel.

I feel so home here that I keep coming back!

Every time I visit the flat, I feel like I am going home. I enjoy peace, quiet and security and this place is ideal if this is what you are looking for. The flat is set in the grounds of the very nice owners (Gina and Howard) who are very welcoming and kind. It is a place where you can relax and there is everything you need in the flat for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The flat is spotless and tastefully decorated. When the weather is nice, you can enjoy a lovely walk around the surrounding countryside or take the train from Sunnymeads station (a short walk away) direct into London's Waterloo (a 50 minute journey) or to Windsor & Eton (8 minutes) for a day out. If you come by car, there is parking within the gated property. I have stayed in the flat on many occasions when visiting the area and will continue to do so. I highly recommend staying here as you can get away from it all by just staying in and lounging on the very comfortable sofa with a good book or by jumping on a train for a visit to one of the most exciting cities in Britain/Europe – London!

Great Place to stay

We stayed in this lovely apartment for a week and it wasn't long enough! Howard and his family are lovely and very welcoming - especially the canine side of the family. The apartment was very comfortable and thanks for the extra touches, bagels for breakfast, it was very welcome. The apartment is in a great place - 5 minutes from the train station which has a direct line into London and Windsor. Lots of places to see, eat and enjoy close by. Once you get used to the regular flights out of Heathrow - a must-visit place for plane spotters - and the honk of the train at the bottom of the garden, you certainly find plenty of places to relax and enjoy this marvellous part of England. So close to the metropolis and yet so close to a calm and tranquil, get away from it all life - what more could you ask for. We would certainly recommend visiting Wraysbury and using this apartment as a base to visit London and the best of the South East of England. We can't wait to return!!

London Heathrow 5 miles. There is a bus route (60) at the end of the road direct to terminal 5. Free onward travel to connecting terminals. 5 mins walk to Sunnymeads train station London Waterloo 45 mins to Windsor Riverside/Eton station 10 mins. Ideally located for M25 5 mins, M4 5 mins.


1 mile to Wraysbury, 4 miles to Windsor. Places of interest are: Windsor Castle, Eton, Hampton Court Palace, Runnymeade and Magna Carta Memorial, JFK Memorial, Airforce Museum Englefield Green, Thorpe Park, Saville Gardens, Legoland, Wisley Gardens, Ascot Racecourse, Windsor Racecourse, Wentworth Golf Club, Sunningdale Golf Club.

Further Details:

Wraysbury has village pubs, convenience store and post office, cafe, antique shop, farm butchers, off licence, chemist, general store and the best fish and chip shop, which also provides Chinese take-away meals, and Indian restaurant and take-away. There is a Tesco Express 5 mins away that is open from 6am to 11pm and there are supermarkets in nearby Staines and Windsor. Windsor also has many good shops, restaurants and the famous Theatre Royal opposite Windsor Castle. Legoland and Thorpe Park are also very close.

No last minute bookings.

Changeover Day:
Check in 2pm, check out 10.00am. Provided no new guests are affected we can be flexible.

Notes on prices:
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Part weeks can be booked. eg 3 days 60%, 4 days 80% of weekly charge.

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
