It has one of the most beautiful gardens you can find in Andalucia with idyllic cascades, water lilies and incomparable rich vegetation. The spacious and beautifully designed swimming pool has deck chairs and showers. The airy terrace has a direct view of the sea with a glass patio dining table for 6 persons and cushion chairs for relaxing and sunbathing. The beach and swimming pool in the gated secured gardens are easily accessible within minutes. Enjoy walking in the beautiful gardens, beach promenade and relax by the pool. Utility Room: Cleaning equipment, ironing board, iron, clothes line, washer-dryer. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bath towels, and linen included. Property is cleaned before arrival. Great location, very roomy appartment, fantastic balcony, great views over the sea.

The appartment is in a great location, 30 min slow stroll to the marina, a great place for snacks and drinks before heading either to the beach or the old town. 2 lovely sized bedroom and a huge living area, not that we needed it as we sat out on the balcony most of the time we were there.

Easy access to the super market and 5 mins walk to sea front restaurants and the Italian near the supermarket.

Lovely swimming pool with plenty of loungers.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying there and we would return.

A wonderful location,

Frontline Beach Apartment With Stunning Ocean View

The apartment is situated on the first floor, in one of the nicest developments along the Golden Mile, with a nice pool complex and beautiful pine trees, easy and close access to the (Paseo Maritimo) promenade along the sea and an short walk from the Cappuccino cafe/restaurant as well as other amenities and shops (Corte Ingles, Lidl, Cafe Ronda, newspaper stand). The meet and greet service with delivery and pick up of the keys (35€) was worth having as Debbie was very helpful. Also the "welcome hamper" of butter, tea, coffee, marmalade, jam, beer and wine was appreciated.

The apartment was clean, but also had not been aired/used for a long time and was very musty even after having aired it a long time. It is a little dated and the bed mattresses were thin on a wooden base, so uncomfortable. We improved the situation by putting the two mattresses from the second bedroom on ours (as we were only the 2 of us). We were unlucky with the weather in the first 10 days of May (rain and 15°C)but the heating worked well. We plan to return to this apartment complex because of its ideal location.

Best holiday location for us so far

Our family of 4 arrived for our holidays summer 2013. We hired a car and finding the apartment was easy and straightforward. Parking facilities are very good. The apartment was very clean and Straight away I noticed the beautiful view of the sea. The kitchen was well kitted out and the bedrooms and bathrooms were a good size. The pool area and gardens are very special and secure. But the best part for us was that you walk out your door and in less than 2 minutes your on the beach and Boardwalk with its many restaurants, cafes and shops which all make your 5 minute walk into Marbella an interesting one. Perfect for your early morning walk in either direction and finishing up with your orange juice/ coffee and a little people watching. Having been to Marbella numerous times I have to say it was the first place I ever said I would go on my own with the girls and feel very safe and would not have a need to drive. We were delighted to hear it's back on the holiday rental market again and we will be back soon I hope.

Stunning location

Lovely apartment in a very convenient location, no car required.

Needs a just a little refurbishment , new curtains and pillows but overall very comfortable.

Only draw back is collection and return of keys from a drop box in Elviria, this is the only reason we have not returned.

No lift access could be a draw back if you are not fit, especially on arrival and departure with heavy suitcases or shopping.

We stayed twice probably 3/4 years ago.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your kind review. We will be redecorating the apartment soon to give it a bit of a lift. We offer a few options for key collection and drop off. Most tenants seem to prefer the dropbox, as they can pick up and return the keys at a time that suits them. However, we can also arrange a meet and greet at the apartment for a very small fee. For those who are not renting a car, we also partner with a trusted taxi service that can pick tenants up from the airport and hand over the keys.

Location

Coast/Beach:

Marbella has 8km of one of the finest sandy beaches on the Costa del Sol. The Apartment has direct access to the beach within 2 minutes walk. Within 5 minutes walk is the Marina where boats can be hired for cruising and fishing or take a 30 minute stroll to Puerto Banus and see the beautiful Yachts and boats.

Travel:

Malaga is the preferred airport, about 35 minute drive. It is serviced by good transport systems. Collection from the airport can be arranged at occupants cost. Gibraltar Airport is about 60 minute drive.

Distances:

Marbella Old Town is a 10 minute walk from the apartment.

Puerto Banus is a 30 minute walk along the beautiful promenade

'La Plaza de los Naranjos' (Orange Square) is a 10 minute walk.

Malaga City is about a 50 minute drive.

Further Details:

In the spring and fall there are over 3000 fiestas, ferias and processions throughout Andalucia, including the ‘Semana de Feria en Marbella (Marbella fair)’ in early June.

Marbella Old town with its Orange Square, churches, fine boutiques and excellent restaurants is within 10 minutes walk. All amenities such as banks, supermarkets, taxis are all easily accessible.

Puerto Banus, a 30 minute stroll from the apartment, is the playground of the rich and famous. With stunning views of the Mediterranean and mountains, it is an excellent spot for yacht watching, alfresco dining, designer shopping and has a fabulous nightlife. Alternatively visit the vibrant, weekly Saturday morning market held in the bullring.

For the adventurous, catch a bullfight in Torremolinos, a 25 minute drive from the apartment. For a fun filled day out for the whole family, visit Tivoli World in Benalmedina. Tivoli World is the largest centre for family entertainment on the Costa del Sol approx 30 minutes away.
