Peaceful Location, 5 Mins walk to the Beach. Near Miami Playa and Cambrils, Tarragona, Costa Dorada
The house is set in a quiet spot only a 15 minute drive from Reus Airport, 7km from the fishing town of Cambrils with its infamous fish restaurants. It is only 1 km from Miami Playa where you also find restaurants, shops, banks etc. There are also local restaurants and bars on the beach as well as a small supermarket. The house was built in 2006. As such it is clean and modern with granite worktops and all modern appliances in the kitchen and quality fixtures and fittings throughout the rest of the house. This includes a beautiful log fire in the lounge, ideal in the cooler autumn evenings.

About the Owner
We have been coming to this area for 25 years now and have been looking for a place exactly like this. We lead a busy family life at home in the UK and this is a real oasis for us. The pool enables the children to have fun in a safe environment, while we relax on the terrace or in our garden.

Everything went very well during our weeks stay in Spain and we couldn't have asked for more in terms of sunshine, food and comfort. Your house was as stated on the Web site with no surprises.
If we decide to return to the Costa Daurada area in the future we will certainly be contacting you again as we all found it to be very relaxing and also fun for the children.
We had a great time in your property. It is in a great location, we have visited different parts of Spain and this was the best area as you don't have to drive too far to get to places.

The house was very easy to find and easily accommodated our family of 6. Great roof terrace!
The house is split over two levels with two bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. Bathroom and shower facilities on both levels. There is ample seating outside at the ground level for eating and socialising. The full time we were there we had the pool to ourselves. The bonus was the excellent roof terrace which offered ample seating for up to eight with great views out to the mountains in the distance.
The beach was a few minutes walk away and was excellent with a couple of great restaurants.
We loved the house and it's setting. Great amenities, beautifully clean..just ideal for our needs. Perfect base for exploring nearby attractions, short stroll to the beach. We particularly enjoyed having somewhere to sit outside in the evenings. Many thanks to the owners for prompt and efficient responses to all my questions..would definitely recommend and hope to book again for later in the year.
we had a most memorable visit to Miami Playa with our family . the accomodation left little to be desired and we hope to return many times in the future . The peaceful situation of the property and the ease of access to the beach ( 7 or 8 minute walk to the beach ) and the wide choice of eating places within the vicinity made for a most enjoyable stay . “The house is lovely and fresh, peaceful and comfortable. A real home from home with everything you could want or need. We love this place, whether it is enjoying the laid back local life-style or visiting all this wider area has to offer. On a practical note, the infrastructure is great and travelling about is so easy with little congestion and well maintained highways. Visiting fabulous cities for the day, such as Tarragona or Barcelona is extremely straight-forward. Having said that, much of the time it is just nice to stay put! We hope you enjoy your stay! Unfortunately, due to one bad experience we cannot accept hen, stag or groups of 18 year olds! Our home and community is not suitable for this. Other groups and family groups are most welcome!”

This area is very popular with cyclists, sailors, windsurfing and the scenery makes it ideal for artists. Those who enjoy sampling great food will love Cambrils, famous all over Spain particularly for it's seafood restaurants. We are only an hour by car from Barcelona and one can also get there by train and bus.
The beach is about 400 meters away from the house. You can make the 5 minute walk or take the car as parking is ample and free of charge. The beaches here are beautiful, unspoiled and quiet. There are no highrises to be seen. There are bars, restaurants and cafes dotted along the beach as well as campsites with fabulous facilities. If you prefer busier, beaches, Salou is only 10 minutes away. Here you can also visit Port Aventura and numerous water parks.
Airports: Reus: 20 minutes, Barcelona: 60 minutes and Girona: 2 hours. Ryanair and Easyjet included. Very reliable and fast rail service from Cambrils or Hospitalet to Barcelona (only 7 euros). Various channel crossings to Santander, Bilbao, Barcelona.
Reus: 15 mins. Great for shopping
Tarragona: 20 mins. Beautiful Historic city with Roman Amphitheatre
Ebro Delta: 30 mins, great for sports and wildlife
Barcelona: 60 mins
This is a great base to travel and see Spain and the South of France.
Ryanair also fly to the islands such as Palma from Reus for a very low fare. Lovely to visit as part of your holiday.
There are sailing schools, windsurfing, fishing trips, boat trips and tennis coaching in Cambrils. There is kite surfing and carp fishing in the Ebro delta. Details of all of these are available for booking at the house.

- Notes on accommodation: For your comfort there are both heating and air-conditioning in the house. The community of six houses (two sets of three) is gated and intercoms in each property for access. The private garden is also gated to the side of the property and also to the pool and communal garden area. This makes it nice and safe for younger guests. Outside: The pool is shared. It is approximately 10 x 6 meters. There is a shower by the pool. The communal garden area is lawned, maintained by gardeners with trees giving privacy. The pool is lovely and private and backs on to the olive groves. Utility Room: Understairs storage housing washing machine and dryer and all cleaning equipment. Space for coats etc. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Fresh bedding and bath towels provided (please bring your own beach towels). Maid service can be arranged at an additional cost as regularly as required. Other: There is a space for off street parking next to the house if required. A welcome pack can be arranged at an additional cost of 25 euros and includes all your essentials such as cava, tea, coffee, bread, milk etc.
