They always say location, location, location when it comes to accommodation. And, for Tenerife Sur, this couldn’t be more accurate. Retaining the old fishing village charm, Los Cristianos gets the blend of the cultural and the contemporary just right. Superbly located in the heart of Los Cristianos, this stunning apartment has all the positives that Los Cris brings without the bane of the ‘walk back up the hill after a day at the beach’ that so many apartments in this fishing town are unfortunately laboured with. A mere 15 minute stroll will take you to the beach with its landscaped promenade, working harbour and ferry terminal. While a 2 minute walk will take you to the convenient bus station - meaning that when you’ve soaked up enough rays on the sand, you can easily visit pretty much anywhere else on the island.

Coast/Beach:

Tenerife Sur is close to the charming old fishing village of Los Cristianos, with its working harbour, beach, shops and all expected amenities. This is but a short 10 min walk away. International restaurants and bars are close by to suit all palates and budgets. The beach front promenade is worth a visit and stretches all the way through Las Americas and Del Duque to the next fishing village of La Caleta.

Travel:

Nearest A/P Reina Sofia 15km. Nearest motorway TF-1 1.5km. Nearest Port - Los Cristianos 1km. A car is not essential, but if you wish to go further afield to visit the many sights of the island it would be advisable.

Further Details:

Los Cristianos is famous for its great seafood and the harbour is a great place to book your excursions, including trips to see the pilot whales and bottle nose dolphins. Also the world's biggest water park Siam Park is right on your doorstep. For those wishing to venture further afield, the verdant island of La Gomera is just a 35 minute ferry journey away and ferries run daily. Here you can trek through Garajonay National Park, a declared UNESCO World heritage site. Overall, whether you wish to hike up nearby mountains or laze on beaches, Tenerife Sur has it all.

Notes on accommodation: Due to the apartment being on third floor (no one above you) and no lift available, the apartment is only suitable for responsible couples/adults who have no problems with stairs. The owner accepts no responsibility for any loss, injury or accident, whether personal or otherwise suffered by you while staying at the apartment and recommends you take out suitable insurance before travelling. Outside: Should you not wish to dine outside the complex, there is a lovely cafe and restaurant on-site. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are provided. If you stay 10 days or more you will get an extra set to change with. You will need to bring your own beach towels. The apartment is cleaned on your arrival and after you vacate. Other: TV channels, BBC1, Channel 4, ITV, Sky Sport 1 and 2, Eurosport, BBC World. Living and numerous other English channels. Internet access. Wifi costs 1€ for 30 min, 10€ for 3 days, 20€ for 7 days.

Amazing

I have stayed in the tenerife sur numerous times, however i haven't stayed in an apartment like this before, It was absolutely beautiful its very modern and has the comfiest bed EVER!.

One little thing i would suggest is the owner gets a new sofa as the one in there is very very uncomfortable. Apart from that we loved it... Would defo recommend.

Excellent

We had a faultless stay in this lovely apartment in HG Tenerife Sur. The apartment was spotless and better equipped than our own flat at home! It is a lovely location - you can walk into town very easily, and we made good use of the local bus station to go up to El Teide on a day trip.

The complex itself is also very clean and well maintained. We went out of season and there was always plenty of room and sun beds, although this may well be different in school holidays.

It was an easy journey from the airport (only €3 each on the bus, or €23 in a taxi) and once you are there you really don't need a car.

There are plenty of restaurants in Los Christianos, and the restaurant on site is fairly good as well. Particularly recommend the restaurants off the main sea-front and slightly up into the town itself, although the €1 beers on the seafront are pretty good too!

We have stayed in Tenerife Sur many times but this was the first time staying in a private apartment and it was excellent!!! We already know this is an excellent location to stay but the facilities were brilliant in the apartment and it was modern, clean and well furnished - would recommend this for anyone to stay and will be enquiring as to staying again this year!!

Our accommodation was excellent. Very well maintained, clean and well appointed for easy walk to beach, shops and restaurants. Pool area very attractive. This accommodation is only suitable for persons who are quite agile due to a number of steps to reach it. Tenerife Sur could do with the exterior being painted to make it look more appealing.

A non-refundable £100 deposit secures your booking. 8 weeks prior to departure the final balance is due. Long lets of 3 weeks or more £300 per week. Holiday cancelled within 43-56 days-amount of total holiday cost reimbursed = 25%. Holiday cancelled within 29-42 days-amount of total holiday cost reimbursed = 15%. Holiday cancelled within 0-28 days - amount of total holiday cost reimbursed = 0%.

Changeover Day:
The apartment can be booked on any day of the week. Arrival at apartment for 4pm and you must vacate by 10am, unless pre-arranged with the owner.

Notes on prices:
Xmas and New Year sold only as a TWO week booking, £470 per week.
Prices are based on two sharing. 3rd and 4th person £30 each per week.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
