About Helen

Hello and welcome, we are Helen & Paul. Helen is Cypriot, and has been coming to Cyprus since she was a baby (which is many years) We have been married for over 25 years and Paul fell in love with Cyprus from the first time he came 30 years ago and feels very much at home whenever he visits. We come to Cyprus every year with our children and they just love it. Our background has always been in the rental business. We like to look after our guests and make them feel at home and we take great pride in how we run our apartments. We always make sure we can be contacted and if our guests need anything then we will make sure that they get what they want. As long as it is not unreasonable, of course. We visit the apartments frequently to make sure they are always kept to a high standard.

What makes this apartment unique

This apartment is ideally located overlooking the pool and has stunning mountain and sea views from the roof top, which is very private. The roof top is like a big garden with BBQ facilities and patio furnishings and sunbeds. If you like a lot of privacy, then this is the apartment for you.

Notes on accommodation: Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment only on the veranda. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor overlooking the pool and has mountain and sea views. For small children we supply a travel cot, night lights for the bedrooms, swimming aids and floats. There are many extras in the apartment all catered for convenience. Outside: The apartment has 2 verandas, one of them leading out from the living room which has a luxury Rattan Patio set, and the other veranda is on the Roof Top, which is accessible from the spiral staircase on the veranda. The roof top terrace is very large with a pergola, BBQ and Patio Set and sun loungers. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bath and beach towels are provided. Beach towels can be taken out of the complex. The property is cleaned when new guests arrive. Maid service can be arranged during your stay and is payable as extra.

Amazing Apartment

Wow! This was an amazing apartment with everything and more you could wish for. It was spotless on arrival and our stay here could not have been better. We highly recommend a stay here you will not be disappointed and Helen the owner was so helpful from start to finish. Will definitely stay here again.

Pleasant family break!

Brilliant location for someone wanting a quiet break, however has all amentities you should want & need just a short drive away.

The apartment complex was pleasant to the eye on arrival & very well maintained. The standard were no different in the apartment, it was beautifully presented & was it thoroughly cleaned throughout. The apartment offered a very comfortable stay for all me, my partner & my baby. It offered scenic views from majority of the Windows & had rooftop terrace which we spent most mornings having breakfast. It is also baby safe for anyone worrying.

The pool was unfortunately too cold to indulge in but it was in the grounds of the complex & though small it would offer more than enough room to take that much needed dip in the summer season.

I must emphasise the thought that Helen puts into this beautiful apartment to make her guests stay that little more pleasurable. It didn't go unoticed & must go commended. On arrival there was homely touches made such as tea, coffee, sugar, bread & milk, additionally condiments provided. These things you wouldn't expect but make a big difference. We also had an unfortunate event that meant us needing to use the apartment longer than planned, though she had decorators booked in over that week needed she was immediately accommodating & worked around us. This was was extremely appreciated considering our situation.

The apartment comes highly reccomended!

Perfect stay

Very clean and nice apartment. Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms. We enjoyed our breakfasts on the balcony overlooking the pool. Very large roof top terrace was a great benefit. It is very convenient to have beach towels provided.

Complex it self is very quiet and secure. Pool area is very lovely and cleaned regularly.

Helen, the owner, is very caring and lovely. Many thanks for making our stay so comfortable!

A home from home in the sun!

We couldn't have chosen a better location for our holiday and had two restful weeks in this lovely apartment.The two storied complex is set amongst a quiet residential area, with hills behind and a view of the sea from the balcony and roof top terrace. The village of Pyla is just up the road with a good selection of shops and an excellent bakery. The apartment was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. It was obvious that Helen, the owner, had gone to a great deal of trouble to ensure that we wanted for nothing. We especially appreciated having a mobile for local calls, a cafetiere for that all important strong cup of morning coffee, and beach towels. The pool was cleaned regularly, and as it was the end of the season, we had it all to ourselves. Being able to park securely under the building meant we didn't have to worry about the hire car and it kept it cool too. You do need a car to go to the beach or into Larnaca, though we did see an occasional bus on the main road just across from the complex. We had some good meals on the main beach road and can recommend Lysia's and Daniel's restaurants for good Cypriot food and service.

We would highly recommend this property to friends and family, and are already planning our next trip!

Just returned from this lovely apartment. Couldn't fault it at all. The pictures do not do it justice, the view from the roof terrace is fabulous. There is everything you need. All very clean. The owner so lovely and rang to check if everything was ok with our stay. There was a welcome pack of a few items in the fridge which was kind, convenient for restaurants, shops, beach and travelling around Cyprus, most certainly going again x

Larnaca, who offer daily single and double tank dive trips, night dives, island wide safaris, photographic dives and snorkel trips plus special fun dives for children aged 8 plus.
