Casa Tropicana is ideally located just a 5 minute walk to the beautifull Sandy, Arenal beach in Javea with numerous other shops, restaurants, bars and supermarket within 2 minutes walking distance. There is a good tennis club ijust down the road and the renowned Javea Golf Club just a few minutes drive away. This spacious high quality town house has a private garden, garage, central heating and air-conditioning. The terraces and balcony overlook the lovely gardens with waterfalls, fountains and swimming pool. Access is through a remote controlled security gate and the garage is an integral part of the house. The ground floor features a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, cloak room with WC and a lounge dining room with feature stone fireplace, Satellite T.V. with English and Spanish channels, CD music system, and a DVD player. Patio doors lead from the lounge to the private terrace and garden with tables and chair or eight people to dine 'alfresco'.

Beautiful town house in a fabulous location

Beautiful well equipped and decorated town house. Service from the agents was excellent and the welcome pack they left us was so very generous and much apprediated (wine, Cava, meats, cheeses, breads, jams, milk, coke etc etc!).

The house is in an excellent location literally a five to ten minute walk to the Arenal of Javea where there is a beautiful safe beach and lots of bars and restaurtants to enjoy. There is also a very good Wok restaurant literally one minute away!

The house is set over three floors, with a toilet, kitchen and lounge diner on the ground floor and a nice patio to sit on outside with lovely furniture, TV has lots of channels in English and Spanish. There are then two twin rooms on the second floor and one en suite doulbe with a balcony and then a lovely en suite on the top floor with a terrace.

Bad points would be a non heated pool and the acoustics in the house mean that on the top floor bedroom you feel like you are next to the people chatting downstairs!! lol Also watch the mosquito nets as one of our kids got wrapped up in one in her sleep so we didnt use them after that.

All in all a great rental property that we had a fabulous time in and would like to return to, great value, location, equipment and well organised rental company.
