This villa is just outside Moraira and offers privacy, tranquility and a sea view. The villa boasts a large kidney-shaped private swimming pool, beautiful Mediterranean gardens, large covered BBQ area for those long summer evenings, and off-road parking for 3/4 cars. The large terrace is furnished with sun loungers and garden furniture, and has all day sun. For those feeling more energetic there is a professional quality table tennis table. The property is a little piece of Mediterranean perfection and a fantastic choice for any group.

From the Owner

As a family, we have spent many summers in and around Moraira in Spain. This is a place with something for everyone, those with young families, groups of friends, families with 3 generations and so on. We liked the area so much that we decided to buy our own villa so that our family will always have a permanently established point of reference "far from the maddening crowd". We trust you will enjoy your stay in our Villa.

Activity and Interests

Special interest holidays:

Sol Park Tennis Club is just 10 minutes away with professional coaches for either yourself or your children. There is also Go Karts for those who feel the need for speed only 5 minutes away. Local Markets daily and lots of restaurants and bars.


Cumbre del Sol, Moraira, El Portet and Javea beaches are approximately 5-10 minutes away. Stunning beaches with lots to do. Plenty of water sports. There is also a dive centre in Moraira and Javea.


45 minutes drive from Alicante airport, 70 minutes from Valencia airport, and 2 hours from Murcia airport. Car hire is recommended. Airport collection is available upon request. From Airports, follow the AP7 motorway and exit at Junction 63 Benissa. Meet and greet is available just after the toll booth.


30 minutes to Benidorm and theme parks (3 or 4). 5 minute drive to the nearest beach. 5 minutes to local town supermarket, bar/restaurant.

Further Details:

There are lots of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, hairdressers, banks, and much more. Weekly markets where you can enjoy a bit of haggling. Tennis, horse riding, mini golf, go-karting, diving are all available. The villa is also available for long lets, price available upon request (negotiable).

Booking Notes:
20% deposit required to secure the booking with the balance payable 4-8 weeks before arrival along with a refundable security deposit of €300. Rates are negotiable outside of peak season. For longer rentals, rates are also negotiable. Prices are per week, discounts will be considered for multiple consecutive weeks and longer winter lets. Non-weekend arrival and departure days are accepted. Watch out for special offers.

Changeover Day:
Saturday is the preferred changeover day during July and August but all requests are considered.

This ensures an excellent sea view, a view of the surrounding mountains, and a fresh sea breeze in the evenings.
