The apartment is fully refurbished and is one of three identical properties developed within a 19th century building in a historic part of the old town the street is known for the trading of precious metals and stones and still today there unique jewellery shops all around. There is an abundance of local restaurants, cafes and tapas bars serving locally produced fresh produce.

Just wanted to let everyone know what a fabulous apartment this is, perfectly positioned in the heart of palma old town, we stayed at this stunning apartment for 6 nights and really enjoyed it, the apartment is very well equipped with everything you might need for your stay, it is contemporary and tastefully furnished, thank you for a fantastic break would highly recommend it and will definitely return sandra from Poulton Lancs

Gem of an apartment in heart of old-town

We've been to Palma old town several times and this is by far the best apartment we've stayed in. Typical old style building, thoroughly modernised and spacious. Located on great, quiet street right in the middle of everything amidst second-hand shops, boutiques etc, right near beautiful church and five minutes from hustle of cathedral and the Born Main Street, with cafes and restaurants everywhere.

Added bonus: main English TV channels, spacious apartment, great open-plan area, air con etc.

Lovely apartment

Great 2 bed apartment right in the middle of the City with easy access to shops, restaurants and cafe's, and only a short walk down to the beach and the excellent coastal path.

Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, WiFi - what more could you want?

Location

We love the fact there are just so many things to see and do in the City and out and about around the Island. We use the apartment 4 or 5 times a year for a total of about 3 weeks and in the past 5 years since buying it we are still discovering great places to eat, great nights out - like Tuesday night out on La Ruta in the vicinity of our apartment.

Activity and Interests

Coast/Beach:

10 Minutes walk to the Bay of Mallorca and around 15 Minutes walk to the nearest beach.

Travel:

A 15 minute Taxi Ride that will cost 15 - 20 Euros depending on time of day and number of pieces of luggage.

Further Details:

The Supermarket under the Plaza Major is a 3 minute walk away and open Monday to Saturday 09.00 - 21.00. The Fruit and Veg and Fish and Meat market at Mercado Olivar is 6 or 7 minutes walk away. Parking is available nearby Free of Charge at certain times, or Free o Charge all times either on the Paseo Maritimo or On The Calle Perez Galdos.
