Villa in Bahceli, Nr. Esentepe, Kyrenia, Cyprus - Panoramic Mountains and Sea Views

The villa sleeps 6/8 with 3 double bedrooms (1 en-suite) and a double sofa bed in the lounge. The lounge and bedrooms all have air-conditioning units. There is a cot available and high chair. The kitchen is well equipped with granite worktops and all major appliances. The lounge has TV and DVD facilities. The villa has extensive outdoor grounds, from which can be seen the spectacular views of the surrounding sea and mountains. The grounds are landscaped with many colourful plants. Alfresco dining, with views of the sea, can be taken on the terrace using the large granite and iron table which seats 8. No villa would be complete without a good swimming pool. The large 10 meter by 5 meter pool has Roman style stepped entry to the shallow end. The pool is both private and illuminated. The large garage provides necessary shade for your car. The villa was completed in late 2007. Owned by an English family and is used as their holiday home, and as such is always kept to a very high standard.

My wife and I have lovingly put the villa together, and until we retire, would like others to share this special location. It has been greatly enjoyed by friends and family,and is ideal for family holidays.The grandchildren in particular love the pool and want to go back year after year.

We bought this property because of it's tranquil location, and because it provides the best of both worlds, in that you are both near the sea and the mountains. The views and the sunsets are spectacular,and you cannot fail to relax.

This property allows you to get away from the rat race, whilst also sampling the warmth and generosity of the Turkish Cypriot people. It has been described as the last unspoilt part of the Mediterranean and they are right!

Notes on accommodation: There is air-conditioning in all the bedrooms and lounge. This property is ideal for a quiet family holiday. Outside: The villa has extensive gardens and large patio areas for sunbathing. Outdoor furniture is provided in the form of sunbeds and umbrellas. There are comfy chairs for taking coffee in the shade. The private swimming pool is 10 x 5m with Roman style access. This can be illuminated at night. There are also barbecue facilities shower and mountain bikes available Utility Room: The washing machine is in the utility room in the garage. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bath towels, beach towels and bedlinen is all provided. A cleaning service can be provided if required.

To reserve the villa, a payment of 25% is required. Once we have received this we will send you a receipt, this receipt is your conformation of the booking. The remaining 75% must be paid within 8 weeks prior to your rental period. Once we have received this payment, we will issue a receipt along with useful information.

Cancellation Charges. If you cancel before 12 weeks of your rental date the full sum paid will be returned.

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds.
Late bookings will be discounted by 10%.
Parties of 5 or more will be subject to an extra £80 per week charge.
