Villa Balzar near Sitges, Barcelona, Spain - Peaceful Location Near Sitges Beaches

This large old farmhouse was restored four years ago to an excellent standard as a family home. It is minimal, functional and very comfortable. It has a lovely bright airy feel and great open plan areas including separate lounges, a huge pool terrace as well as many private patios ideal to catch up on reading or just have a quiet nap. Traditional materials were used to restore the building including original stone flooring, teak windows and doors complemented by high quality bathrooms and fixtures.

About Alison at Sitges Hills Villas

Sitges Hills Villas was formed in 2010. The Sitges Hills Villas mission is simple – to build a limited collection of individually unique and high quality holiday villas located in a highly desirable holiday destination and backed by excellent standards of service. We have known for many years that this particular area of Catalunya is special and that it offers a unique holiday experience that is simply not available in most of Mediterranean Spain. When an opportunity presented itself to market a small number of high quality homes in this area we didn't hesitate to take it, and the Sitges Hills Villas brand was born. Since then we have gradually increased our portfolio with high quality properties that we believe make great holiday homes and that we would be happy to spend our holiday

We had a fantastic holiday thank you! Villa Balzar was great for us. We loved the location and Anya was excellent in terms of organisation. Edgar the Chef cooked us wonderful paella and we thought Carla the beautician was very good and excellent value for money.

Suggestions for the villa....perhaps some plastic glasses for use by the pool? and some oven gloves?

Changeover Day:
Our standard check-in check-out day is Friday with arrival time at 4pm and check out by 11am. Should you require anything else we will endeavor to accommodate wherever possible.
