Luxurious, immaculate contemporary house with views over Trevone Bay. The house is conveniently situated for easy access to many facilities including a local farm shop as well as the local pub, beach, restaurant and shop. Well equipped stylish and practical accommodation to suit a variety of parties including families and friends. Sat TV, internet access, two separate balconies, patio with large terraced garden. For parties of mixed age groups there is a ground floor bedroom with en suite, for beach lovers there is a ground floor wet room and large utility conveniently situated by the back door, for foodies there is a good sized well equipped kitchen for nights in and many fine restaurants owned by some of the countries most renowned chefs within just a short drive. Just 10min walk to Trevone sandy and rocky beaches. Padstow 5 min drive. Trevose Golf course 10mins. Newquay airport 20 mins.

About Mark

I am the third generation of my family to enjoy 'Sintra' Originally purchased by my grandfather, then renovated and re styled by my father it is now enjoyed by my family and hopefully you too! For me the house holds decades of happy memories and is very much loved.

What makes this house unique

Stunning individual house, presented in immaculate order. The house is well loved and now that the house has been renovated it offers light spacious accommodation that is both practical and stylish. The views from the rear balcony are stunning and you can spend hours soaking up the vista. The side balcony can be a suntrap for sunbathing or a quiet spot for reading without being isolated. There is plenty of space in the garden for games.

Location

Coast/Beach:

Walk to the beautiful sandy beach in less than ten minutes. The coastal path northwards to Padstow (45 minutes) offers staggering views and steep climbs. The coastal path to the west is flat and a gentle walk to Harlyn Bay is around 20 minutes.

Notes on accommodation: Underfloor heating throughout Sintra and a wood burner in the lounge. The house has a ventilation system that filters the air, no need to open the windows. Outside: There are terraced gardens mostly laid to lawn. There are steep drops from the terrace and guests are asked to be careful with children and the elderly. Utility Room: Huge utility room accessed via rear porch with shoe storage. Hanging space for wetsuits etc. Washing machine, tumble drier, fridge. Wetroom. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Weekly changeover and cleaning service, linen and towels included. Please bring your own beach towels.

Beautiful house in lovely location

We only left yesterday but my family are already asking when we can go back. This beautiful house is in an ideal location just a short walk from the wonderful soft sands of Trevone Bay and Padstow only a short five minute drive away, just perfect! We were a party of six adults and two very small children and the house was perfect for all our needs. Its large and very well equipped house with everything you may need for a relaxed and stress free holiday. A lovely touch of a bowl of fruit and wine greeted us on our arrival which was most welcome.The views from the main bedroom and second bedroom are quite simply stunning and if you are lucky enough to catch a sunset you won't be disappointed. We have been visiting the north of Cornwall for over twenty years and I am so pleased I have found this wonderful holiday home to rent.

Thank you to the Luscombe family for making the holiday very special from the ease of booking to a wonderful week away with my family in a stunning house.

Beautiful house. The owner has thought of absolutely everything to make sure you enjoy your stay.

We have just returned for our wonderful holiday with our sons, daughter-in-laws and granddaughters and cannot thank the owner Mark enough for renting out his obviously much loved property. The attention to detail is second to none and the whole house has been decorated to an extremely high standard. The views from all the bedrooms are stunning so there were no arguments about who was sleeping where and one of our granddaughters (who is 4 years old) couldn't believe she had the choice of three beds in her room to sleep in and her very own bathroom!

We were very lucky with the weather and spent every day on the beach which is a short distance from the house and can be walked, but there is also a car park for those not so inclined.

As you can imagine we have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this property.

Lovely impressive house - enough room for everybody - comfy beds but we all found the pillows too thick and chunky- a better pillow selection would be good.
