Holiday Home in Trevone, nr Padstow, Cornwall - Walk to the Beach. Location Close to Padstow / Rock / Newquay

Luxurious, immaculate contemporary house with views over Trevone Bay. The house is conveniently situated for easy access to many facilities including a local farm shop as well as the local pub, beach, restaurant and shop. Well equipped stylish and practical accommodation to suit a variety of parties including families and friends. Sat TV, internet access, two separate balconies, patio with large terraced garden. For parties of mixed age groups there is a ground floor bedroom with en suite, for beach lovers there is a ground floor wet room and large utility conveniently situated by the back door, for foodies there is a good sized well equipped kitchen for nights in and many fine restaurants owned by some of the countries most renowned chefs within just a short drive. Just 10min walk to Trevone sandy and rocky beaches. Padstow 5 min drive. Trevose Golf course 10mins. Newquay airport 20 mins.

About Mark

I am the third generation of my family to enjoy 'Sintra' Originally purchased by my grandfather, then renovated and re styled by my father it is now enjoyed by my family and hopefully you too! For me the house holds decades of happy memories and is very much loved.

What makes this house unique

Stunning individual house, presented in immaculate order. The house is well loved and now that the house has been renovated it offers light spacious accommodation that is both practical and stylish. The views from the rear balcony are stunning and you can spend hours soaking up the vista. The side balcony can be a suntrap for sunbathing or a quiet spot for reading without being isolated. There is plenty of space in the garden for games.

A beautiful house in a great location

Ten of us - six adults and four children - shared Sintra for a week during the half term school holidays and everyone of us loved it.

The house is located in a very quiet but accessible area of Trevone being just a short walk to the beaches and five minute drive to Padstow. The owners have provided every possible amenity to ensure a comfortable stay and the views from the balconies are stunning.

Sintra ticks all the boxes and our return visit is already in the planning phase!!

Perfect for families

Beautiful house, location and views. The house provided everything our family of 6 adults and 5 children inc a 9 month old needed. The children loved the playroom off the kitchen and the downstairs wet room was perfect for when we came off the beach. We had good communication with the owner before our stay. We would recommend Sintra.
