Beautiful family villa, with private pool and terraces, just moments away from some of the best beaches in Ibiza. The property has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an outside shower. The pool is gated so safe if you are travelling with small children. The sitting room is open plan with the kitchen and leads onto a semi covered terrace with a lovely dining and covered seating area, which has outside speakers.

Great villa, location and very nice owners

Had a great week at the villa. Harriet & Gary communicated very well before & during the stay. They left a nice & thoughtful welcome supply of milk, wine & water on arrival - a nice touch. Villa is spacious and has lots of different sections inside & out, so if you are a large group you can find your own solo space still. Villa is very well equipped with lots of cooking gadgets, utensils & pans, etc. An electric kettle would have been good, as it took a while to boil up a brew on the stove. Location is great, with the beach 6 mins away and a supermarket within 1 minute. Would recommend and are thinking of booking again.

Quiet, private, family villa - an older but charming place to stay

This was charming villa for our group of 6 friends to stay in. Quiet, private, with a short walk to a sandy beach. I can't say it's luxurious, but it's very welcoming, where family knick-knacks in the rooms give it a cosy, lived-in feel.

There are several other villas in the woods nearby, but you'd never know it - the garden is shaded by tall green pines, and is not overlooked at all.

Sun-loungers are set out in the best sun-spots around the pool, which is a good size for children to swim in - or for adults to cool off and drink cocktails - though you won't be swimming exercise lengths.

The garden has a comfy outside seating area with long sofas, shaded by a canopy of flowering plants. We spent many lovely evenings cooling off here, with gentle music and flickering candles. There's a large table for outdoor breakfast in the sunshine.

Indoors, the big, airy central living area has a dining table, more squashy sofas and a kitchen nook, with a gas range, electric oven and dishwasher. Two fridges held everything we needed to make our large, tapas-style picnic meals, with plenty of fizz from the supermarket in Santa Eulalia.

San Carles village is 10 minutes drive away, with a number of meat grills and pizzeria restaurants. You can do a 15-minute gentle stroll down to Cala Llenya beach, which has fine white sand, lots of families lying on sun loungers, and a small shack serving beer and snacks. To get anywhere further, though, you'll need a car. We visited the "Hippy markets" in the surrounding area on Wednesday and Saturday, and picked up jewellery and leather work trinkets.

It's an older property and this sometimes shows in the furnishings, but it's very well worth its price.

The house is in a beautiful location, and is a perfect getaway if you have children. The house is secure as it is has a wall surrounding it and you have everything you need on your doorstep, with the local shop, restaurant and beach all just a few minutes walk away.

Nearest Airport : Ibiza at 30 Kilometres Nearest Beach : Cala Llenya at 1 Kilometres Car: recommended


Cala Llenya is a short walk from the property. The beach is a deep, wide curve of fine white sand in a valley of sloping pines and the water shelves gently, so it's safe for children. Pedalos are available for hire and the beach bar is open late every day. The NE side of the island boasts some of the most beautiful beaches in Ibiza including our favourites Agua Blancas and Cala Nova and if you like water sports Cala Martina is a 5 min. drive with sailing,windsurfing and diving school.


The airport is a 35 minute drive. Car hire is recommended to get the most out of your holiday in this location, but as there is a shop, restaurants and several beaches within walking distance, car hire is not essential.


San Carlos with everything you may need such as banks, chemist, doctors, grocery store, plus the famous 'Bar Anitas' and 'Las Dalias Hippy Market' is only a short 5 minute drive away. Santa Eulalia is the nearest large town and is a 15 minute drive. Ibiza Town is a 35 minutes drive. San Antonio is a 45 minutes drive.

Further Details:

Two of our favorite restaurants are a short drive from the house - Cas Pages and Balafia -please ask for directions. If you want to relax with a drink on a beach and listen to some live music, the campsite next to Cala Martina is a great place to visit after the hippy market in Es Canar on Wednesday evenings. Santa Eulalia has a great indoor food market, a varied choice of restaurants and there are several beautiful spas to spend your days relaxing in.

  • Outside: The property is set on a 500 square meter plot, surrounded by pine trees. To the front of the property is a large paved area with a path that leads around the side of the building to the private pool area. There are 4 sunbeds next to the pool (Aprox 3m x 5m) and a large circular sofa. Leading from the open plan living room is another paved terrace area containing the outside dining table, covered lounge area and BBQ. The Family bedroom has doors that lead to the outside shower terrace which contains another sunbed. Utility Room: Washing machine with a washing line in the front garden. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Linen changed once per week. Towels included.
