About Johanna Jaggs

I have lived and worked in France for the past 16 years and enjoy my work selling houses.

St Cloud belongs to my brother & sister in-law who restored it from a complete ruin into the lovely home it is now.

Johanna Jaggs purchased this farmhouse in 2000

Why Johanna Jaggs chose Perigord Pourpre

Our Family just love this part of the Dordogne as it is on the border with the Gironde and to us the vines make it really feel like France. The weather is so much better than the centre and middle of France, lovely warm evenings.

What makes this farmhouse unique

Private and a great place to relax and soak up the sun then cool off in the 12m x 6m pool. A lovely covered terrace for outside dining.

Guestbook comments from the manager

"Thanks very much for that Johanna - we had a lovely holiday and I'm sure we will be back as it's such a great house for a family holiday."

Kind regards, Loraine

Dear Johanna

Best regards, Andy

Beautiful pool and garden

  • 5 of 5

Five of us stayed in the St Cloud villa for a week in August 2015. The house is large and very comfortable with everything that we needed. All the fixtures and fittings were clean and in good condition. The pool was lovely and the gardens were simply beautiful. We really loved the outdoor table for meals, and its aspect was perfect – lovely and sunny in the morning and with plenty of shade on a hot afternoon. The only problem we had was a power cut (to the whole village) in a thunderstorm, which took a few hours to come back on. Johanna was very helpful throughout. The vote at the end of the holiday was that we would all be very glad to come back again.

Great house!

  • 4 of 5

We really enjoyed our stay here.

Everything is as shown and promised.

Person in charge is very nice, helpful and always reachable.

Hard to find a negative point here..

The only thing is cell phone connection, but you can call over the wifi - internet if you know how to do that.

But positive side... you have no disturbance.

Plenty of extra's in the house.

Great Pool.. very nice big garden.

All in perfect state.

House completely restored and romantic.

Everything you need for a nice time with family or friends.

We got directions a soon we booked.

And found the place instant when we got there.

In the middle off wine yards, 1hour drive to Bordeaux or Bergerac.

A recommended house from our side.

We will come back some day!

Got questions...contact Johanna, you won't be disappointed.
