Villa in Villamartin, Costa Calida, Spain - Quiet Location, Close To Local Amenities, Bar And Restaurants

This is a newly decorated villa with its own private pool located in private gated grounds. The local climate is perfect with over 300 sun-shine filled days per year making it suitable for winter and summer holidays and is close to numerous golf courses. The local shops and restaurants are very good and reasonably priced and the resort has an exclusive ambiance well away from mass tourism. A car is recommended although not essential to fully appreciate the area, although you can easily walk to the famous Villamartin Plaza. There are English taxi drivers available to take you to the local sites and attractions. There are 4 5* beaches in the area. The villa is fully furnished and equipped to a very high standard we take great pride in its upkeep and appearance. We love the fact that everything we need is within easy access, yet the villa is located in a quiet relaxed upmarket area. It has a gated garden so really safe for young children at the end of a little lane.

About Sara Ford

We are three friends who have frequently travelled to Spain over the years and decided we would like to purchase a property. One of us already had a property in Spain and asked if we would like to join him in owning the villa. We jumped at the chance and now enjoy holidays on a regular basis, either weekly or long weekends to get away from rainy Britain. The villa is situated in Murcia which is a very friendly place to spend a holiday.

Why Sara Ford chose Orihuela Area

We all love Murcia. It is such a friendly place to spend relaxing. There are some beautiful beaches, golf courses, vast choice of great restaurants and bars, a Water Park, Cabo Roig harbour etc. The area is easily accessible with Murcia airport only 20 minutes away. There really is something for everyone here in this unspoilt and not over commercialized part of Spain.

What makes this villa unique

The property is a beautiful five bedroom detached gated villa. We have access to taxis services at a very reasonable rate which can take you anywhere you wish to go from cars to mini buses. The local shops and bars are really good value for money and the gorgeous local plaza square offers a place to relax and gossip with the locals.

We had the best time. The place was spotless and exactly what we were expecting. The pool was clean and the villa was gated so i felt so safe with the children running around.

Fantastic place!!!

We stayed here with friends and their kids, We had a fantastic time , the villa is outstanding and in a really lovely safe area, Everything we needed was there and the the owners couldn't have been more helpful. We will definatley be returning next year for a much longer holiday, Thanks!!

This is not a 5 Bedroom villa it is 2 separate apartments only connected by the external staircase. The pool was not properly maintained throughout our stay which resulted in bugs happily swimming in it, murky water and half of us getting ear infections. The owner was extremely difficult to contact.

Utility Room: Washing machine x 1, tumble dryer x 1, 1 huge wash basin, Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Villa is cleaned after each stay. Upon arrival towels and linen will be ready to use at the villa. Cleaning of linen etc will be done upon departure as washing facilities are available. Extra linen and towel cleaning can be arranged prior to visit. Other: Garage with table tennis and equipment, various floats and lilos, etc. Outside seating for up to twelve persons for entertaining, numerous pool-sides sun loungers, umbrellas new brick BBQ.
