1 bedroom apartment sleeps 2 people. We request you do not smoke inside the apartment. We have refurbished the apartment January 2016 and also offer Free WiFi . Situated in the Rincon De Loix area of Benidorm, it is surrounded by shops, restaurants and bars. It is approx 5 minutes walk to the Levante beach. The apartments have a gated area which are ideal for lounging in the day by the large outdoor pool area. Also a children's pool and shower surrounded by a sun lounge gated area. The pools are open all year . A large gated private car park is available by arrangement. Public transport is only a 2 minute walk away, making it an ideal choice for your holiday. All prices quoted in pounds. On arrival we are always there to greet you in person. Daytime or nightime as arranged or we can collect you at the airport if you require transfers. The bedroom has 1 double bed and the living/dining room area a pull open bed settee and mobile guest bed. All ceiling fans in rooms to keep you cool in the summer and mobile calor gas heating in the winter months.

About Mr R Thomson

My husband and I are from Blackpool and for many years we were used to looking after people in our hotels, guest houses and pubs. We moved to Benidorm December 2004, for the weather mainly and enjoyed it so much we stayed. We have our own apartment in Benidorm and It is situated in the Rincon de Loix area of Benidorm and close to the Indoor market, we are surrounded by shops ,restaurants,bars and all within a 5 minute walk to Levante beach. The apartment has a communal outdoor adult gated pool and child´s pool also surrounded by a sun-lounge area which is open all year,there is also have a large private car park. We request you do not smoke anywhere inside the apartment as there is plenty of room outside to do so.

Why Mr R Thomson chose Benidorm Area

The area we bought the apartment in Benidorm is ideal and centrally located to our families needs. Having grown up families and grandchildren we thought the location would be ideal for when they came to visit. The apartment is close to the Levante area beach with local shops, and plenty of local restaurants and bars to visit. The local buses are within a 2 minute walk from the apartments. They take you into the the Old Town Benidorm within 10 minutes,or the other way into the local seaside towns of Alfaz, Albir, Altea. Whatever the direction there is something for all ages in Benidorm and the warmer climate is a plus.

What makes this apartment unique

The apartment is central to all of the local attractions near to shops and restaurants. The Levante Beach is only a 5 minute walk from the apartment. The indoor market is at the bottom of the road 2 minutes away and local transport, the fares are only 1.50 euros which will take you into the Old town. Even into the next town all the same price for 1 stop or a 20 minute ride.

Free WiFi,Safe. Mobile fans. Private car park. Electricity These are all included in the price. Outside: There are 2 outdoor communal pools which are in use from 1st June to the end of September. One is for adults and good swimmers the smaller one is suitable for children. It is surrounded by a sun terrace with tables and chairs and a locked gate. The apartments have a large private car park with a electric security gate. Utility Room: Cupboard with iron/ board, mop-bucket, sweeping brush. Cleaning The apartments are cleaned before you arrive. Lovely, comfortable apartment in good location.

Booked this apartment at last minute as the one I had booked cancelled 3 days before travelling. Owners, Janet and Robert replied very promptly, booking was easy, with me paying a £60 deposit and balance on arrival. Janet was there to meet us and showed us around the apartment, where everything was etc. Facilities were great, home from home, with everything needed, plenty of dishes, cutlery, towels, bedding etc plus even had things like cleaning materials, washing up liquid, tea towels, toilet roll etc, which are often not supplied. There was also some bottled water, tea bags, coffee etc, which comes in handy until you do some shopping. The apartment had lots of UK TV channels and wifi, which was great for my husband and 8 year old grandson and it felt very secure, with key entry only and a bonus was that the pool was open, which I was not expecting at this time of year, although cold this did not bother my grandson and he was in every day. There was 1 bedroom and the lounge had a new sofa bed and 'put up single bed', sorry Janet cannot say what sofa bed was like as I used the single bed, which was more than comfortable enough for me. The location is great, there are restaurants, pubs, and small supermarkets directly under the apartments and across the road, the indoor market is a 2 minute walk and only about 10 mins to the square but apartments very quiet at night for sleeping. Overall, this is an excellent apartment at a very reasonable price, close to everything and I would recommend it for a nice stay in Benidorm.

Janet was very nice and left contact numbers in case there were any problems but happy to say there were not. I would like to say thank you to Janet for letting us stay, given that it was such short notice I was impressed with the service provided, which is probably one of the best I have received in Benidorm and I have been there many times.

Ideal location

Bob and Janet are the best! We organised a transfer with Bob. He was there to pick us up. No fuss. The apartment is in an ideal location for everything Benidorm has to offer. Beach 5 mins walk away. Bus stop at bottom of road. Bars right across from apartment that offer great food and drink. The pool is lovely. Some days we were the only people round it. Apartment is clean and has everything you need for a self catering holiday. Laundrette right outside the apartment block. Bob is full of fab informtion on where to go for a good day out. We cant thank Bob and Janet for a great holiday. Hope to see you again soon!

Lovely stay at a lovely apartment

Just returned from a great holiday, and staying in Bob & Janet's apartment was a big part of our enjoyment, they are a lovely friendly couple & their apartment was a pleasure to stay in. Spotlessly clean, with all the home comforts you could wish for, tv with English channels, plenty of clean crockery & utensils should you wish to cook, also lots of little bits & bobs such as books, games etc to while away an hour or so, free wifi was also a big plus with excellent speed & connection. Close to all the delights of Benidorm, with bars, restaurants & the glorious beach all a stones throw away, a couple of our favourites being Drop Inn for good value tasty food & Duetto Italian restaurant with superb pizza, pasta dishes etc, both being right on the doorstep,the apartment is perfectly placed, in a very clean & secure block, we felt very safe here. We would thoroughly recommend this place, run by a very friendly & courteous couple who even supply airport transfer should you require it, thank you Janet & Bob for a great stay.

Holiday in lovely Benidorm May 2016

We came home from this lovely homely apartment yesterday,after two weeks of staying there. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need, Janet thinks of everything you need, even down to kitchen and toilet rolls!!! It is very clean with a superb bathroom with walk in shower, it's on the sixth floor which is just high enough and the lift was great, arrived more or less when we called it!! The area has everything you need, supermarket, Yorkshire Pride (great food) and the little bar, the Stretford End was our second home for breakfast and sometimes evening meal, great food,service and lovely staff too!! You are only five minutes from everything which is great, but just a little away from the mad bits!!! Bob picked us up and took us back to the airport, which is fantastic as we loose the will to live on the coaches and I've been on them many many times!! So thankyou Bob for a fantastic service and thankyou Janet for your thoughtfulness!! Feel like we've made friends for life and I for one (Linda) am very sad to be home!! Debbie will miss tooting through the huge sliding window and feeling the lovely air coming through!!! We would most definitely come again, we felt very safe and happy whilst we were there!!! So thanks again Janet and Bob, you're the BEST xxxx

Booking Notes:
A non refundable deposit of 25% can be made to secure your booking and the balance paid on arrival. A refundable security key deposit of 50 pounds is required on arrival. Arrival times from 14.00 departure time 12.00 midday we will be flexible if different times are requested, ie night flights and/or by prior arrangement. Changeover Day:
Flexible. On changeover days we are always there to meet you in person at the apartments and hand over the keys to you. From 14.00 on day of arrival and departure day 12.00 midday. If different times we will arrange this with you beforehand when booking.
