Our superbly furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is located on the first floor of the luxurious Royal Seacrest Resort. Set in the heart of the beautiful Kato Paphos, it is close to the popular and lively Tomb of the Kings area, but retains a quiet and private atmosphere.

Furnished to a very high standard, the apartment comprises everything needed for a perfect holiday. We have a folding travel cot with matress for a small baby. The apartment is fully air conditioned and has a spacious open plan living and dining areas that include a modern fully equipped kitchen, matching oak furnishings throughout and two comfortable soft leather sofas. The master bedroom with en-suite is furnished with a King-size bed whilst the second bedroom includes two single beds. Ceiling fans are fitted throughout. The furnished balcony, living room and master bedroom offer great sea views.

Externally the apartment includes a private roof terrace complete with sun loungers that are perfect for sunbathing and a private covered parking. The complex has 2 lagoon style swimming pools, outdoor Jacuzzis and landscaped gardens.. There are lifts to all floors including our private roof terrace. Guests have the use of sun loungers and parasols around the pool area.

Perfectly situated in the popular Tombs of the Kings district and mid-way between the Harbour and Old Town, it is a short walk to local amenities including a beautiful sandy Blue Flag beach, a large selection of restaurants offering international and local cuisines , supermarkets, cafes, bars, clubs, banks, car hire and excursions facilities. Nearby are many sites of interest including historic sites, Water park, Aquarium, Bird Park, 3 superb golf courses, horse-riding, fishing, hiking, jeep safaris, boat trips, water sports, go-karting to name but a few.

We always wanted to be by the sea and when an opportunity arose to do just that in Paphos and with the added bonus of plenty of sunshine we couldn't help but go for it. We love our apartment and we have taken care to make it comfortable and to furnish it tastefully. As soon as we first visited Cyprus we fell in love with the Island. The weather is great and you are never far from the sea. We wanted somewhere to relax in the sun but also somewhere to feel at home. In Paphos we have everything that we have wanted - a superb apartment in a beautiful complex, close to everything and only 20 minutes drive from the airport.

The apartment was more than we expected it was perfect for our family of 2 adults a young child and a baby it was very clean beautifully decorated very spacious and had everything you would need for a self catering holiday It doesn't look over the pool so it was a little more private than the others the owner also gave us the added benefit of free wifi which was very useful contact with the rental company and owner was first class any questions answered promptly and always happy to help

We would love to return and would not think twice about staying in apartment

More and more people choose Cyprus as a wedding venue and guests arrive throughout the year to attend weddings held in the local 5 star hotels and decide to extend their stay for a short break. Ideally located near to the 5 star Elysium hotel, the Royal Seacrest provides comfortable luxury alternative accommodation for wedding guests at a much more affordable price.

Coast/Beach:

Nearest Blue Flag beach 10 mins walk. The pedestrian coastal walkway provides a pleasant stroll along the coastline to the Harbour area with its many restaurants and the bustling Tourist Area. A convenient and frequent bus service is also available along the coast to the harbour area and beyond to the water park, whilst in the opposite direction are the sandy beaches of Coral Bay.

Travel:

Paphos airport (PFO) is approximately 10 miles from the apartment and is served by many low cost airlines from all regions of the UK.

Car hire or taxi is available at the airport but if you prefer a meet and greet service we can recommend a reliable local taxi service.

Car Hire is not essential but it does allow exploration further inland where public transport is poor. Driving is not difficult since Cyprus drives on the left side of the road similar to the UK.
