Villa Rosa is a deluxe three bedroom villa with private pool and furnished to a high standard. At the entrance is an inviting open plan lounge area with dining facilities. Patio doors lead to a private and secluded lawned garden to the rear of the property with outside dining facilities and seating. The lounge is complete with a flat screen TV with access to the main UK TV Channels via satellite, Nintendo wii games console, Outdoor table tennis table, DVD player, wireless internet facilities, and an Ipod/iphone docking station. The kitchen leads onto a private balcony with a barbecue. There is a WC on this level. The bedrooms are all situated on the lower level and open onto the swimming pool area. Children are particularly welcome at Parque da Floresta and they have a range of professional activity programmes ranging from 4 to 16 years of age. The nearest beach is Salema, a mere 5 minutes drive and the nearest supermarket is just a short stroll away offering a variety of national and International produce.
