Eagle's View, Tala Village, Coral Bay Coast, Paphos, Cyprus - Short Walk To Tala Village Square Restaurants, Peaceful Location, Wi-Fi, iPhone dock 10 Min to Beach

Tala village location, set at the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac, a short walk from the village square, with its small yet diverse collection of bars, restaurants and tavernas. Yet only a 14 minute drive to the beautiful Coral Bay Beaches. Panoramic 140 degree sea views with stunning sunsets over the ocean. From both bedrooms you can lie in bed and look at the sea! Beautiful 100 cubic metre pool. The furnishings are not typical of a rental property as we have equipped it to a very high standard (thus the beds and sofas are nice and comfy!) because it is my intention to make it my permanent home. Perfect for honeymooners, golfers, two couples or a small family. The main bedroom with kingsize double bed has a private balcony with comfortable daybeds perfect for sunbathing! It has a travel cot, high chair, changing mat, toddlers' chair/ toilet seat/potty/stool, poolside toys, security/child safety locks on all patio doors and windows (up and downstairs).

It has free WiFi and an Azatom iPod/IPhone5+ dock.

Great Place, Fabulous Views

We stayed at the apartment in the 3rd week of September, the complex has 5 Apartments / Villas in total and we were the only ones there. The views were brilliant, we could see from Paphos across to Coral Bay. The Apartment itself is over 2 floors, upstairs there are 2 bedrooms a double and twin with a shower room, on the ground floor a kitchen, living / diner and a separate toilet. Everything was spotless and everything worked. Many a time we have been to a villa or apartment and something has not worked. I would recommend a car as it is situated quite high up and Tala is not the busiest of places, but if you are looking for a quiet week away in the sun, then I would strongly recommend.

The Paphos area is the first complete town and environs in the world to be designated as a World Heritage site by the UN. The archaeological and historical interest is vast.


From Eagles View, it is just a ten minute drive down to the nearest beach and a fourteen minute drive to the Coral Bay beaches. They really are some of the most beautiful beaches in Cyprus. In the heat of the summer it is too stuffy and hot down by the beach whereas up in the village there is a nice gentle, cooling breeze. This is because it is set on the edge of the valley where the thermals come up from the sea. This is why a lot of Cypriots have a summer house in Tala village.


Property 17 km (20mins) from Paphos airport. 150km (100 minutes ) from Larnaca (mostly motorway/easy drive). EasyJet flying from Manchester and London Gatwick to Paphos. Jet2 flights from Leeds/Bradford. BA, LHR-Larnaca. Thomson from regional airports. Car Hire/transfers available at good local rates. Car hire recommended. It is always best to book a hire car before your holiday so that you have no waiting in the airport trying to hire a car along with everybody else. Ask for details of best rates.


Set at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Tala village from where a footpath cuts through to all the restaurants and bars 8 minutes walk. It is 10 minutes drive down to the nearest beach at Vardas, and the Coral Bay Beaches are just a 14 minute drive. Agios Neophytos Monastery is a 7 min walk. Paphos airport is 10 miles (20 min). Paphos is an 8 minute drive.

Short drive along the coast to the spectacular sea caves and tiny fishing harbour of Agios Georgios, Polis and the Latchi marina.

Further Details:

Only a few minutes walk from Tala Village Square, with its small yet diverse collection of bars, restaurants and tavernas. Two shops and a bakery for those amazing Greek cakes and desserts!

Only 7 minutes walk away ( 1 minute driving ) is the Agios Neophytos Monastery and church. It has delightfully shady grounds and spectacular views. A great place to go to in very hot weather, and you can sit around and read all day if you wish! It also has a cafe serving traditional Cypriot meals, cakes and coffee.

There is a small children's play area in the village just near the square. There are five traditional tavernas in the immediate area. If you prefer English owned restaurants with more international/British food, then there are four in the square.

There is a brand new park with a large children's play area and a basketball court located just a 3 minute drive from the villa. It has stunning coastal views, a cafe and an amphitheatre with regular outdoor theatre and concerts.

Changeover Day:
Completely flexible. You can have any length of holiday, starting on any day of the week.

Payments are very straightforward: either by internet banking or by cheque. A refundable security deposit of £300 secures your booking. The rental amount is then due 8 weeks before your holiday. Your security deposit is then returned to you following your stay once the property and inventory checks are satisfactorily completed.

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.

  • Notes on accommodation: There is also a high quality powerful hairdryer provided. All power outlets are the same as the UK, and the same 230 Volts, so no adapters needed. It is a child friendly house with travel cot and insect net, high chair, potty, adaptive toilet seat, child chairs, stool, pool toys and plastic crockery and mug. Outside: The lounge area opens onto the rear covered poolside patio area with breathtaking views down to the sea. It has a large circular table and four very comfortable chairs. This then opens out onto the large poolside terrace which has four very high quality sunbeds and a large sun umbrella which you can roll around on its marble base. The pool and terrace face across the valley and have a stunning mountainside backdrop. There is a large poolside bar and outside servery area with basin and worktops for preparing food outside. Eagles View is one of just eight homes comprising the exclusive Apollo Sol Development. Most are occasional use second homes and our guests are normally delighted to find they have the whole place, including the huge pool, six poolside rooms with showers, toilets and basins to themselves. While bathing in the pool you can look through the glass walls out towards the sea at Coral Bay. The pool is lit at night. Utility Room: The LG washing machine is in the kitchen and the steam iron is stored in the kitchen cupboard. The ironing board and folding clothes dryer are stored in the downstairs cloakroom. All the large appliances in the kitchen are LG apart from the microwave. Cleaning / Towels / Linen /: Our own good quality white cotton bed linen with two quilted pillows/pillow cases per person. One large and one small bathroom towel are included although we ask you to provide your own beach towel for outdoor use.
