Apartment in Kyle Gardens, Calangute, Goa, India - Peaceful Location, 10 Minutes Walk To Beach, 5 Mins To Baga Road

The property is perfectly situated just to the right of the entrance with immediate view to the pool. One of three properties that we offer on this beautiful complex. The complex itself is very peaceful but the superb night life, bars and restaurants can be experienced through only a 5 minute walk to the famous 'Baga Rd'. Walking in the opposite direction, the Calangute cross roads are reached within 10 minutes, a very good starting point for viewing the shops along the Calangute Beach Rd. The apartment is beautifully furnished and decorated, and has a "new feel". The pool is superbly maintained and is for the exclusive use of apartment owners and guests. The property is very secure. Should any maintenance issues arise, then we rely upon our excellent agent, Sarah Blower of S and R properties, herself based locally to the accommodation. Bars, restaurants, and indeed a launderette are all very close by. The property includes A/C cable TV, fridge/freezer, cooking hobs and utensils.

About Dave Griffiths

Born in Chester, England, 27/5/1961, living in Leicester, UK. Have worked in a major clearing bank for the last 35 years. Have been married to wife, Rita for the last 25 years. Three children, Carly, Jess and Sam. Rita, is actually the owner of our properties...I merely advertise and manage on her behalf! Rita's Grandfather, (fathers side) and Mother were born in Goa. We first visited Goa in 1989 to pursue Rita's ancestral roots and have never looked back! have visited most years since then! My interests are travel, most sports, fishing and not obsessively so!

Dear Dave, Just wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful time in Goa. The apartment was super and we enjoyed, observing the squirrels and listening to the music coming from the temple. Calangute beach is beautiful but very crowdy, so we took a motorbike, launched ourselves into Indian traffic (horn-horn) and explored the more northern beaches, Vagator and Little Vagator were just perfect! Visited Old Goa (lots of churches!) and of course the Anjuna flea market... Also, the trip to Hampi (Hospet) was long (7h by train) but certainly worth it! Very special! And all that tasty food everywhere...njammy!

In a nutshell, we are still dreaming about it and certainly hope to return there. Thanks for everything! Greetings from Belgium, Nadine & Paul

Notes on accommodation: Bedroom A/C, room fans throughout. Ideal for children. This is a ground floor apartment, although slightly raised. There are a minimal number of steps to be climbed. Outside: Communal landscaped poolside area, sunbeds etc around pool area for general use. Medium sized pool is cleaned daily, naturally warm. Shared with other apartment owners and guests/tenants. It has steps to enter at opposite ends. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Clean room, towels and linen are provided at beginning of stay, apartment will be specifically cleaned in anticipation of your arrival. In the case of bookings in excess of 7 days, one more weekly "clean" will be provided per week, fee inclusive!

Booking Notes:
Upon booking we require a 25% deposit, minimum £100. the balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival
Payment can be made by one of the following methods
Cheque, Direct payment to UK or Indian Bank account or Western Union transfer.The deposit will be non-refundable, the balance also non-refundable once paid. except that for stays of 6 weeks or more, a pro-rata refund of the period in excess of 6 weeks will be made. We will also offer to transfer 50% of "lost" value onto a future booking

Changeover Day:
Flexible, 24 hr arrival times OK. However, if accomodation access is required before 12 noon, this will constitute also booking the day prior to arrival date..as prior guests will otherwise have until 10 AM same day, (so to allow time for pre-cleaning)

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
