Due to its proximity to Antibes hospital the apartment is well served to regular bus services. Large terrace with table and chairs overlooking the pool and benefiting from sunshine throughout the afternoon and early evening. Views across to Nice, Monaco and beyond to the Alps.

10 minutes walk to pebbled beach. Other beaches within 15-30 minutes walk.
Nice international airport is 15 minutes away by car. The apartment is in a very good location and a rental car would give greater flexibility, although it is not necessary. Antibes railway station is a 20 minutes walk away or 5 minutes by car. It is on a main line route and has regular trains both towards Nice, Monaco and Italy and in the direction towards Marseilles.

Booking is by email direct with the owner. 25% of payment is required on booking with the remainder one month before arrival. Payment is to be in euros by direct credit. £300/€350 refundable security deposit is also required.
We are flexible on changeover days, although this may be more difficult during the peak months of July and August. Arrival should be after 4pm and departure should be by 10am. Arrivals after 9pm will incur an additional charge payable locally.

- Notes on accommodation: The apartment is suitable for children. There are security shutters on all the windows and the apartment is situated within a secure private domaine. Outside: Private terrace with dining table and six chairs which overlooks the pool (approximately 10 x 4m). Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All linen and towels (apart from beach/pool towels) are included as is final cleaning. Additional maid service and cleaning can be arranged at additional charges.
