very private and very close to central Caleta. Located beside the seafront with sea views, the houses have 2 or 3 bedrooms,depending on requirments(1 en-suite), 2 bathrooms, two private balconies and a private spacious patio for sunbathing, barbecues and chilling out. There is a magnificient swimming pool, kept in pristine condition. This is the most modern best located development in Fuerteventura and the clients are very anxious to return to its charm, tranquility and location and of course the quality of local restaurants cuisine and beach. Caleta is only 5 miles to air port it has 2 golf courses 1 mile away is a mecca for surfing sailing and fishing. Fan air conditioning is available 1n all rooms. The apartments are kept in pristine condition and clients want to return again and again. We have recently installed wifi and wide range of BBC and international channels.

I live in the south of Ireland,in the beautiful county of Kerry, I could not imagine living anywhere else for long.

I am a veterinary surgeon in a mainly large animal practice and I love my job. I am a widower for ten years, I have a daughter and two sons. My daughter works part time for me and she has 3 beautiful children,and I love them to bits. My 2 sons live and work in Dublin.

I enjoy the interaction with potential clients and love when they want to return.

I holidayed in Canaries a few times with my late wife and I found Fuerteventura very accessible, very friendly, never crowded, by far the cheapest of the 5 Islands, and Ryan air fly there from Ireland and my villa is only 4 miles from airport.

What makes this apartment unique

Caleta is a lovely town with a beautiful beach,has a fine selection of good restaurants good pubs with high class live night entertainment. It is ideal for young families and mature couples and even I, a widower never gets bored there.There are 2 high class golf courses one km away, great fishing and water ports to satisfy all water enthusiasts, and it is on the ocean front. A free hourly bus takes you to all local amenities and to golf courses and a fabulous beach, Atlantico, which is a recently man made beach and is very popular.

We really liked the apartment and Linda and Martin were very accommodating and helpful. The apartment was well stocked and we liked the layout and the location of the apartment. It is in need of updating and a bit of TLC. The bedding and the towels are very old and badly need to be replaced. The apartment was not very clean and needs to be scrubbed clean and painted. This is a real shame as we did like the apartment and would stay here again if it was updated.

  • Notes on accommodation: Both houses have 3 bedrooms but are available as 2 bedrooms also at a reduced price, two together are suitable for families gathering , extended family occasions,, golfer, water sport enthusiasts and other such groups. Apartments have all modern conveniences ,air condetion ( fans)in all rooms 6 sunlounges in both homes one house beside pool 2nd one a little more private. My clients keep wanting to return,which is a vote of confidence on homes, location ,facilities and management. Outside: Outdoors: balcony/terrace, outdoor pool,soon to be heated. Private garden,both homes have 6 sun beds, garden table and 4 sun chairs in spacious patio ideal for BBQ , very private, ideal for family parties and other social occasions.As both homes can accomodate 6 to 8 occupants they are ideal for celebrating extended family occasions .and family functions
