FANTASTIC PRIVATELY OWNED! Beautiful apartment with private roof terrace in Bellresguard complex. The apartment has all necessary so that your family spend nice holidays close to the Mediterranean beach in Mallorca. It is not a tourist apartment, it is a private penhouse for holliday season. The complex offers several swimming pools and nice gardens perfect for children. At 5 minutes walking are quiet beaches. Close to famous Pinewalk where you can enjoy restaurants, supermarket and shops.

My name is Xavier. I bought the apartment for my family that loves Pollença. We have some family living in the village and we came to visit them some years before. The apartment has all we think is necessary for a perfect holidays, peaceful place, close to beach, gardens, restaurants and a very nice private roof were you can enjoy the barbecue.

Great family apartment in a ideal location

My husband, 3-year-old daughter and I visited this apartment after searching for weeks on end and we were not disappointed.

Javier was, from the beginning always prompt to respond and answer any questions I had about the property and location.

The apartment was easy to find (we hired a car) and were met and shown the apartment and what was available to us (i.e. the roof terrace)

We had everything we needed to function as a family abroad, kitchen was fully equipped, bbq available on the terrace was used a few times. Washing machine/fridge freezer/dvd player/TV with Children’s channels/change of towels and apartment cleaned twice during our stay.

There were even toys and beach inflatables left at the apartment for us to use.

The location was perfect in my opinion; 3 mins walk to the pine walk where you can pick from a selection of beach locations. Restaurants plentiful all walking distance, a small supermarket within the apartment complex (overpriced but OK for emergencies ice creams) Lidl was 5 min drive or there were other supermarkets and shops all in walking distance.

The pool and surrounding grounds were well maintained and other children/families to play with around the pool.

There was no noise in the evening and the bedrooms were completely black out from the sun. great for the odd lay in.

I would recommend this apartment and the location to all my friends and family and I know I will be going back

The apartment is very well equipped and easily accommodated our family of 5 adults and 1 baby (although the second bathroom was quite small but adequate) A travel cot was provided for the baby together with plenty of bed linen. Another good feature is the air-conditioning.We were very impressed by the number of items left for our use - toys, books, DVDs, beach/pool items (including towels) and even umbrellas and ponchos in case of bad weather!

The roof terrace is lovely with mountain views, and we made good use of the barbecue which is a particular family favourite.

The complex is gated (we were given the codes before our arrival so we had no access problems) and is very well maintained and the pool area is lovely and very child friendly.

If wifi is a requirement then I think the apartment would benefit from its' own as the wifi available at the store/cafe is just out of range.

Javier, the owner, is extremely helpful and quick to respond to any enquiries.

We would definitely recommend this apartment.

Brilliant Family Holiday

We found this apartment perfect, we had a brilliant holiday. With plenty of space for the 3 of us (2 adults and one child age 3) another 2 adults and child could have been easily accommodated, particularly as there is an en-suite bathroom and shower room.

The apartment was clean and tastefully decorated. It was also cleaned mid week with towel change.

The pool is extremely child friendly, our 3 year old loved the slide feature on each side of the circular pool. The gardens are well maintained and the trees and shrubs provide some shade.

We used the roof terrace a couple of times at meal times. Although the balcony was big enough for us. The roof terrace would be perfect to accommodate larger family meals. There are nice views of the mountains and you can just see the port/sea.

It is a short walk to the beach on Pine Walk which is clean and perfect for children.

Javier was very helpful and prompt to respond to my e-mail enquires. The whole complex is gated so I recommend that you obtain the code for the gates before you arrive.

The complex seemed to be mainly used by families both on holiday and as their homes which provided a really nice friendly community atmosphere.

We used resort hoppa for the transfer who dropped off outside Hotel Villa Singala, just across the road from the complex. The most convenient gate to use is next to Store Formentor.

Nearest Airport : Palma at 50 Kilometres Nearest Golf : Pollença Golf at 5 Kilometres Nearest Beach : Pto. Pollença at 1 Kilometres

Coast/Beach:

Only 100 mts from Pinewalk and beach.

Travel:

Palma de Mallorca is the airport (PMI). About 45 minute drive by car/taxi (parking available). Bus service from airport to Palma and Palma to Puerto Pollença.

Distances:

Apartment is 10 minutes from Centre of town where you can find everything for leisure and enjoy, like restaurants, shops, walking. you have all amenities within walking distance.

Supermarket and cafe is inside the complex.
