Apartment in Port Grimaud, near St Tropez, Cote D'Azur - 10 Minute Walk To Beach And Close To Shops, Restaurants

The apartment is situated on the first floor with access to all floors by stairs or lift. The accommodation is within a well maintained block with garden onsite at all times in case of need. Accommodation includes 1 double bedroom plus a leather bed settee as a further double bed in the lounge area. It has an American style kitchen with all amenities including dishwasher. Bathroom with corner shower and WC and heated towel rail. Lounge opens to balcony overlooking the swimming pool and well maintained gardens. All decoration is maintained to a high standard throughout with an open south facing aspect. There is a private car parking space (20) also includes the use of 2 bikes in lock up bike shed. This apartment has also got the use of free water taxi service within the whole of Port Grimaud and boat trips to St Maxime & St Tropez available nearby, a must. Old Grimaud village nearby with many local vineyards. Monaco, Nice, Cannes and Italian border are within driving distance.

About The Owner

We bought this property in 2001 from new and have enjoyed many holidays in the apt so thought it would be nice to share the experience with other like minded travellers , we love the fact that it is in the port of Grimaud as we live on the south coast in England.

The Owner purchased this apartment in 2001

Why The Owner chose St Tropez region

We love this particular area of France as it has the advantage of being near the sea and also going inland to the mountains, we also had a caravan here for many years and fell in love with the location .

What makes this apartment unique

The fact that the property is so near the sea but also has its own pool has added benefits for families with small children, we have had great holidays here in the apt with our grandchildren and there is a variety of amusements around the apt like go carting, mini golf and a water park only a few miles away .

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. it is very well equipped (not to be confused with big companies holiday lets) more of ones own home. The Boat yard was not a problem as it is the back of it and only used when lifting the boats out of the canal and not that often. in fact quite enteraining.

We had great night sleep as bedroom is quiet. Owner is very helpful and good communications. also full time caretaker (speaks English) on site.

would definately stay here again.

Fantastic Week!!

We have just had a fantastic week at this lovely apartment!!

Very well located in the beautiful Port Grimaud with a good selection of restaurants, shops and a beach within easy walking distance. On a secure site with lift access and parking the apartment offers great facilities, it is well maintained and extremely clean. We opted for the linen service and we're provided with fresh clean towels & sheets! There is a balcony with recliners to enjoy the view of the pool, the pool is kept extremely clean and provides sun beds to relax on.

We look forward to our next stay here & would highly recommend it!

June Stay

Port Grimaud is an excellent area in which to stay and visit the Far region. The apartment although small is perfect for two people and has all you should need for a short stay. The owner does offer for a charge, linens, despite saying bring your own. My only disappointment was the balcony owner looks not pleasant waterways but a boat yard, which was pretty much working for the 6 days we were there. Perhaps this is quieter in the main season. Also worst mentioning that certain facilities such as the free water taxis , do not operate out of the main season.

Notes on accommodation: Please No smoking in the Apartment. Sorry no pets. Suitable for children. Outside: South facing balcony with 2 sun loungers and the use of clothes dryer. Security blinds. Outside there is a swimming pool approx 25metres in length. Well maintained and heated from 1st March to 1st October. The gardens are now well established, with manicured lawns, borders and shrubs. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Please bring own towels and bedlinen although . I do provide a towel/bed linen hire the cost of which is £15 for a double towel bale and £15 for a double bed linen set.just let me know on booking the apt. Please leave the apt clean and tidy. Thank you Other: New CD player/radio in lounge with docking station for I phone.plenty of books also.
