This very spacious luxury villa will comfortably accommodate 10 guests. This is a private, fully equipped home and has a large terrace featuring both dining and lounge areas with BBQ. This balcony has 180 degree open views over mountain, sea, Gibraltar and Africa on a clear day. Driveway parking for 6 cars. Downstairs is a pool table with fridge for cold drinks and a convenient pool changing room. There is a table-tennis table with bats and balls provided. Gardens and terraces around the house. Good size heated pool with sun loungers, garden chairs and side tables. Additionally, there is a lovely Gazebo with comfortable sofa and chairs. Lovely beaches within 5 min drive including Cabopino and Nikki beach by the Don Carlos hotel. This is a no smoking villa with plenty of outdoor areas for smokers.

Coast/Beach:

The nearest beach is 5 minutes drive away at Cabopino with over a mile of glorious sand and dunes. Other beaches in the area include the famous Nikki beach near the Don Carlos hotel and La Cala. You have a choice from a wide range of beach restaurants with great fish and local dishes, spit charcoal roasted sardines etc. Within less that 5 minutes drive, you have Italian ( Da Bruno’s), Chinese and Indian restaurants. The marina at Puerto Banus features numerous bars, restaurents and clubs.

Travel:

Malaga airport is approximately half an hour’s drive away. Marbella is less than 10 mins with Puerto Banus a few kilometers further on. Fuengirola is just 15 mins away.

Further Details:

An Opencor supermarket is to found at the entrance of the urbanisation and is open 365 days a year usually 8.00am – 12.00pm or longer.

Notes on accommodation: The villa benefits from air conditioning in the entrance lobby, lounge and dining areas. All bedrooms have either air conditioning or ceiling fans. The villa sleeps 10. The inside dining table seats 8-10 and the two outside tables seat 8 and 4 with comfortable seating for 6 on corner sofa. The spacious lounge dining area has been furnished to a very high standard with marble floors and fireplace and has sea views to Marbella and Gibraltar. Three settees provide further comfortable seating. TV video and DVD player are provided. The main lounge opens to the large main terrace with stunning views and plentiful seating. The lower terrace has a pool/changing room inc. wc and shower and a fully equipped pool table, table-tennis, and a fridge for cold drinks. Outside: This beautiful villa has magnificent sea and mountain views and has a real touch of class offering both comfort and spaciousness, with heated pool and gardens of over ½ an acre. Shaded areas are to be found under a large palm trees, and a luxury gazebo. Electric remotely operated electric gates open to a driveway for 6 cars. The villa is equipped with outdoor garden furniture and equipment such as loungers, chairs, tables and a gas BBQ. It is the ideal location for a large or two smaller families and friends, sun and fun lovers and where beautiful sunsets over sea and mountains can be enjoyed with moonlight reflecting off the sea. Utility Room: Washing machine separate tumble dryer. Iron and ironing board. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All bed linen and bathroom towels provided. Please provide your own beach towels. Weekly clean included for 2 weeks stay and longer. Additional cleaning or ironing services are available at a reasonable additional cost. Other: Pool changing room with wc, basin and large shower. Pool table on lower terrace with cues etc free to use. Table-tennis with bats and balls provided. There is also the facility to use the communal tennis court on the urbanisation at no cost.

What a fantastic place to stay for a family holiday of 3 generations! Stunning views, luxurious property, spacious even with 10 of us staying there.

My parents booked for our first holiday with grandarents, parents and grandchildren altogether. A great time was had by all!

My dad communicated with owner and said he was really helpful, welcoming and polite.

The heated pool was a big hit with all of us and the youngsters loved the pool table. A panoramic seating area in the evening following a bbq was my favourite spot with a glass of vino!!

Can't praise this property enough....

Owner's Response: Thanks for your kind review. We spend lots of time there ourselves so we can fix any minor problems and are always improving the facilities. We have installed a new poolside sunshade/gazebo recently. The evening bbq with panoramic sunsets are definitely something special!!

WOW, an amazing villa and a perfect holiday!

WOW, Your amazing villa made the holiday, it is perfect and am seriously jealous!! I was a bit worried when I initially used owner direct for the first time. However, after I contacted the owner I realised I needn't have bother worrying, the whole experience was faultless. The facilities at the villa are amazing. We must have been in the pool 4 times a day, the kids loved every moment and considering we were out and about a lot, everyone just wanted to get back to the villa and spend time enjoying all what it had to offer. The villa really is a lovely slice of luxury in unbelievable surroundings but felt very homely/relaxing. The location is a short car ride to all the popular locations/beaches. The view was exceptional and after the kids went to bed we chilled out every evening with A glass of Vino whilst taking in amazing panoramic view of the Mediterranean. Literally couldn't fault anything. I lost at pool/ table tennis most days but that was the only negative! Will definitely book again in the future.

Luxury Villa

The Villa is in a quiet situation, with nice gardens and peaceful surroundings. It is very comfortable, beautifully fitted out, well furnished and equipped, and with room and space for all the family. (We were 10).

Table tennis and snooker were good family activities, as was the heated pool ,though 21C temperature was a bit too low. The location was excellent as you could walk to the local Supercor, which is open till very late, and the beach at Puerto Cabopino was nearby, with plenty of room for kids to play, and restaurants etc for the adults. We would definitely recommend this villa for a perfect family holiday. Our thanks to Cliff, and to Pam and John ,who helped make our stay so comfortable and enjoyable.

Fantastic Villa for a Fantastic Holiday

This our first family Holiday together, a total of 9 of us and I can categorically say that it was the best Holiday we have ever had. The Villa is out of this world, the decor is a touch of class, very well maintained with everything a family could possibly. Everything you can possibly need nearby, from beaches, shops, watermarks etc. Amazing views both day and night. We would get up on a morning, have a nice breakfast on the large balcony, jump in the car and head to the beach for the day and soak up the sun. Upon to return to the villa the kids would spend the rest of the day in the private pool, whilst the adults got ready for an evening in or out. Beautiful meals can be enjoyed in the villa on the balcony whilst you watch the sun go down and drink the local wine. If you don't want to stay in you can go to many lovely restaurants, we thoroughly enjoyed all our nights out. Puerto Banus is a nice night out, where you will see some amazing boats, sports cars and also some late night shopping in some of the most sumptuous designer shops such as Michael Kors & Jimmy Choo. A truly amazing holiday and we will definitely be returning, if you are considering renting this apartment you will nit be disappointed. 10 out of 10.

Elegance, comfort & magnificent views

We stayed as a family late October and were delighted with the villa. Beautifully appointed - and very comfortable environment with all requirements for a villa holiday thought of! The villa was very well maintained, very spacious, almost all bedrooms with large ensuites and outside space aplenty! The main terrace was unbeatable with the views across the coastline around Marbella as far as the eye can see. Breakfasts were delightful but sunsets were mesmerising. The pool was a good size, well heated and the table tennis and pool table delighted the children. The garden, numerous terraces and balconies meant at any time of day you could enjoy the sea view, the sunshine, or the fragrant blossoms sharing their scent. Guides for local shops, beaches & restaurants were very helpful - and the villa is very conveniently located for access to many places (by car). We enjoyed several day trips out and about - Ronda (approx. 1 hour), the white villages and to Granada. The beach promenade in Marbella great for strolling or riding bikes, and the beach near the Don Carlos probably the better one nearby. We enjoyed eating out - but the comfort of the villa with all its furnishings meant staying in and BBQing was a real delight - with the unbeatable view! Highly recommend this villa for a small or larger party given all the different spaces and accommodations. Location was superb (car necessary) and very nice locality. Everything was very well maintained. Communication was fantastic with the owner - so you really felt looked after. We had a wonderful stay - and look forward to more. Thank you Cliff!

Great 3 weeks

My wife & I have had three great weeks in the villa and in the last week my daughter and here children joind us. None of us wanted to come back and I hope to be booking up a holiday later in the year.

The last three years we have rented a villa about a quarter of a mile away and this time thought it would be the right thing to have a change. The villa is every thing it is claimed to be and exceeded our expectations.

I would also like to thank John & Pam who greeted us on arrival for the way they demonstrated how every thing worked and were our contact throught our stay.

Thanks again and hope to be back
