Apartment in Vinaros, Costa del Azahar, Valencia, Spain - Peaceful Location in Beautiful Surroundings

The apartment has two double bedrooms one en-suite and a separate bathroom, both have mirrored wardrobes and one has doors out on to the balcony. The apartment has a large lounge/dining area, fully glazed in with sliding doors that lead on to a large balcony, which overlooks the golf course, a private pool, and lovely mature gardens. The kitchen is fully equipped and leads on to a separate laundry room. The apartment is on the second floor and is detached to all four exterior walls. It is fully air conditioned throughout. The apartment has its own parking space. The apartment is situated on the 15th hole and the club house, which can be seen from the terrace, is only a few minutes walk across the fairway. There are several restaurants and shops located on the complex, and the clubhouse has a restaurant and coffee shop. The apartment is looked after by our management team who can be contacted if required.

About Karen Scott

We are Karen and Steve Scott. We both play golf but having the apartment for us is more about getting away and relaxing, and not necessarily having to grace the fairways. We use the apartment ourselves and quite a few of our friends, golfers and otherwise, use it because it pretty much offers everything you need for a great holiday. The pool is lovely and a good spot for relaxing and watching the golfers go by, but the beach at Vinaros is superb, and the 'all new' esplanade on the front is fantastic now, offering a variety of restaurants and bars to meet everyone's tastes. If you want something a bit more upbeat then visit Peniscola for a day; its beaches are also good, and then there is always Barcelona or Valencia to visit. Have fun!

We bought the apartment because we are golfers, but also because we love the area. It offers everything you might need for an enjoyable holiday. Golf if you golf. The chance to relax around a pool, or take a trip to the beach, if you are not golfers. To eat in lovely fish restaurants near the sea, and to explore cities such as Barcelona and Valencia. For us it is the whole package.

The complex is very friendly and we have people who manage the apartment for us when we are renting it out. They can make sure that everything runs as smoothly as possible for anyone who chooses to rent our property.

Notes:
Notes on accommodation: The apartment is located in a secure gated community. With no public access and 24 hour security patrols and is a 50 minute drive from the small airport of Reus near Barcelona, and a 15 minute drive from the port of Vinaros. Several airlines run regular flights to Reus throughout the year. The cost of flights do vary, and are usually very competitive, but it can pay to book early to get the best rates. Outside: The large balcony area includes a table and chairs, sun loungers and bbq. The apartment is surrounded by lovely mature gardens and overlooks the 15th fairway. There are mountain views to the back. The swimming pool is of a medium size and is shared with a small number of other apartments. Sun chairs are available around the pool. Utility Room: The utility room includes washing machine, laundry sink and hot water system, and includes all cleaning equipment. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels, beach towels and bed linen are included. Arrangements can be made to have towels and linen washed at your convenience. A cot for younger children can be hired For 10€ per week. Basic supplies can be provided at local cost, paid for on arrival. Other: The dining area has a table and seating for 6 people and a sideboard.

Booking Notes:
Contact us by email or mobile and we will let you know as soon as possible if the apartment is available for the dates you request. We require half the rental amount as deposit and final payment of the balance two weeks before departure. The apartment is looked after by our management team, who will meet you when you arrive at the complex, take you to your accommodation, settle you in and make sure you are comfortable. They live on the complex and are therefore on hand to answer any queries.

Changeover Day:
Changeover days can be arranged to fit in with holiday arrangements if the apartment is available for the period that is required.

Notes on prices:
We are quite happy to rent out the apartment for periods shorter than 7 days if required. Email us for price structure.

Payment can be made on arrival. We have a management team who can take payment in cash or we are happy to accept direct payment into a Spanish bank account. Or payment can be made by cheque in Euros or Pounds. If bookings are made 4 or more months in advance we would like a deposit of 25% of the rental rate, and the full payment on arrival or one week before departure.
