LC57 has 3 large bedrooms sleeping 6 adults, either as 3 doubles, 2 doubles and 1 twin or 1 double and 2 twins, set over 3 floors.

There is a large reception/dining room and a covered terrace beautifully furnished with outside seating, dining table and chairs, and a high quality Weber gas barbecue for outside cooking.

This leads out to a well maintained garden with fabulous views to the marina and the sea. Sun loungers are provided for the garden.

The top quality kitchen is fitted with the following appliances:

American style fridge freezer, ceramic hob, oven and microwave oven, dishwasher.

The adjacent service room has a separate washing machine and tumble dryer.

The bathrooms also enjoy a very high standard of finish and equipment including separate power showers in 2 of the bathrooms – the 3rd bathroom has a combined

bath and shower facility, and there is a jacuzzi bath in the master bathroom.

There is a large terrace at the top of the house with sunloungers and parasol.

Our 2 luxury houses are adjacent to the exclusive Club de Golf La Reserva in the Los Cortijos de la Reserva development that has been built in a traditional Andalusian style to resemble a small Moorish village, and is set in a private gated community, with 24 hour security guard. In this elevated area of Sotogrande Alto, Los Cortijos de la Reserva enjoys panoramic views to Gibraltar, Puerto Sotogrande, the Mediterranean and Africa. There is a communal pool for the use of residents and guests which is only a short walk away (less than 1 minute), and our guests can also enjoy discounted entry to the fabulous Cucurucho Beach Club in Sotogrande. Walking distance to La Reserva GC and the stables at Sotogrande Hipica, it is 5 minutes drive from the beach and other facilities - supermarkets, restaurants, banks etc.

Sotogrande is a fantastic area for families and for people wishing to enjoy the outstanding golf courses and other activities.

There are some beautiful beaches and the marina enjoys a range of bars and restaurants.

There is something for everyone here.

The area is easily accessible with Gibraltar airport 20 mins away and Malaga airport less than an hours drive away.

What makes this house unique

The properties are just a short walk to the fabulous La Reserva GC, and the beaches, restaurants and shops are all within 5 mins drive.

We offer a 'home from home' environment within luxury houses furnished to a high standard. We provide all towels (including beach towels), linen and all the items you need so you can travel light, and for families with young children we are happy to arrange for nappies or baby food upon arrival.

We are on hand to show you around the area, and there is a 'what to do where to go' file in both properties.

Personal Service – we live in Sotogrande and are on hand to assist as much, or as little, as you wish.

Our goal is for you to enjoy your stay and tell your friends!

Booking Notes:
25% is payable upon booking, with balance payable 2 months prior to arrival.
A security deposit of £350 is also payable prior to arrival which will be returned within 7 days of departure if no breakages etc.

Changeover Day:
We look to be flexible with arrival and departure days to enable guests to book best value flights and avoid busiest days.
During peak season arrival and departure days are usually on, or around, the weekend.

Our houses are equipped with Sony 'all in one HD TV/personal computer media centre' with Blu-ray disc drive and satellite TV (All UK terrestrial channels via Freesat HD receiver) and Spanish channels. Full internet access and wi-fi broadband connectivity (+-6mbs). Situated next to each other they may be rented separately or together. Super holiday villa

We stayed for 10 nites in May with a 14 month old, is a very nice home, very clean and well appointed. Right next too La Reserva golf course which is a great course and with marks guest rates is the best value / quality golf about. House has all you need well, equipped kitchen, bbq and small garden. Also catered for our little boy with a nice cot , had a baby buggy and high chair + box of toys . its a short drive to super markets and restaurants (5 mins) , The complex pool is 2 mins walk but is very family friendly but a little cool in may so more for a paddle. House is in quite location with nice views - overall Highly recommended with very nice hosts

Lovely house with great hosts

On la reserva golf complex nice 3 bed house all facilities and very clean and cared for. We travelled with 14 month old and all needs catered for better than most hotels, house has a small garden and bbq. For golfers great location and reduced rates for golf thru mark a real bonus as is a very good golf course. 2 supermarkets 5 min drive and plenty of restaurants in 5 min drive . Highly recommended !

Location

Special interest holidays:

We welcome families with babies and pre-school age children and have Mamas and Papas cot beds, highchairs, door gates, baby monitors, sterilisers etc and purchase nappies and baby food prior to guests' arrival.

Coast/Beach:

The Trocadero (formerly Cucurucho) Beach Club in Sotogrande, and adjacent public beaches, are a 5 minute drive. Other public beaches are 10 minutes drive, as is the Sotogrande Marina.

Tarifa famed for its fabulous beaches, windsurfing and kite surfing is a 45 minute drive.

Travel:

Close to Gibraltar Airport (20 mins), Malaga (55 mins) and Jerez (70 mins), Sotogrande is ideally located for either short breaks or longer holidays.

Car hire is essential and we can assist with arrangements with a local firm who offer competitive prices and transfers from and to Gibraltar and Malaga airports.

Distances:

Pueblo Nuevo is the nearest village for local shops and restaurants - less than 5 mins drive.

Beach clubs, tennis and padel are less than 10 mins drive.

Sotogrande Marina with bars, restaurants, shops, boat hire is 10 mins drive.

Estepona 20 mins drive.

Puerto Banus and Marbella are 40 mins drive.

Tarifa and its beaches 45 mins drive.

Jerez just over 1 hr.
