Our spacious villa set in an exclusive residential area of Villamartin (Los Dolses) is situated 20 minutes from Murcia and 45 minutes from Alicante Airports. Direct flights are available from most U.K. airports and a collection service is available. The property comes fully equipped and furnished with lots of extras is air-conditioned and heated and also includes free WiFi. Local facilities include blue flag beaches, water parks, go-karting, horse riding, quad bikes, day trips via coach, shopping malls and well as the golf courses and shops bars & restaurants. The communal pool is exceptional and is in beautiful gardens with a segregated area for children. There is a small childrens park 2 minutes walk. The bustling town of Torrevieja with its street markets is 10 minutes drive away.

About the Owner

Bill & Sue are based in NorthWest England and both still work full time, we holiday as often as we can in our home in Spain and love the diversity.

We purchased our house in 2003

We chose our home because of the location and variety of amenities close by, there are also 2 airports to choose from Alicante 40 minute drive, Murcia 20 minute drive, for those not wishing to drive airport collections can be arranged.

The property offers something for everyone, 3 golf courses within 5 minutes drive blue flag beaches all along the coast some offering watersports within 5 minutes drive, 2 waterparks within 25 minutes drive, restaurants and bars to cater for all needs and most importantly relaxation and glorious sunshine.

Can't say anything but excellent . Comfortable , clean , immaculate, villa close to all amenities. Will definitely be back in 2017 .

a lovely well presented property .

a lovely villa , the property was spotlessly clean , very quite area myself and my husband really enjoyed it , so relaxing [even though we did have 6 teenagers with us] . the managers were really good , provided us with everything we needed . we would defo recommend this place to anybody who asks us .you have thought of everything , alot of walking was done while we were here . the la zenia boulevard is a nice shopping area , the saturday market also just goes on and on . found buddies bar which is an english cafe it does really good english food at resonable prices , staff were really friendly . the local beaches are lovely as well . would love to go back .

Home from home

This is our second time at this marvellous villa and it feels like our second home. Its in a quiet cul-de-sac but with all the amenities you will ever need for a relaxing holiday close by. There are plenty of restaurant's and bars within walking distance and if you fancy a slightly longer walk then La Zenia boulevard is well worth a visit. We will defiantly be back again soon.

Lovely well equipped Villa

This is a lovely, well maintained and equipped Villa. It is well situated, with a nice sun terrace for relaxing in the sun, and a lovely communal pool.

There are bars and restaurants within walking distance, and some nice restaurants in Villamartin square, which is a walk or short taxi ride away.

We spent a peaceful and enjoyable week here, the villa had everything we needed.

Ann & John who manage the villa locally were very friendly and helpful.

We would definitely recommend this villa.

Had a great relaxing time in Villa. All you need for a relaxing holiday or an active one. villa was clean, fresh and very comfortable. Very safe and quite location. Will book again.

We chose our property in Los Dolses because of the high standard of the builder, location and easy access to golf, beaches, not forgetting the glorious sunshine.

Nearest Airport : Murcia at 25 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : Los Dolses Plaza at 0.2 Kilometres Nearest Golf : Villamartin at 0.5 Kilometres Nearest Train : Orihuela at 30 Kilometres Nearest Motorway : AP7 at 0.5 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : Los Dolses Plaza at 0.2 Kilometres Nearest Beach : La Zenia at 2 Kilometres Car: recommended


La Zenia beach is the nearest however the coastline is dotted with many blue flag beaches, La Zenia is 5 minutes drive, public transport is available. There are also lovely costal walks in both directions. The harbour at Cabo Roig is particularly nice and has 2 lovely restaurants on the front, you can enjoy a lovely costal walk from La Zenia beach to here


Murcia 20 minutes drive

Alicante 45 minutes drive

Airport pick-up available on request

Car Hire recommended to fully appreciate the area


The Spanish village of San Miguel is 12 minutes drive

The bustling town of Torrevieja is 15 minutes drive

La Zenia Boulevard is within walking distance.

There is a lovely coastal walk from La Zenia to Cabo Roig harbour 5 minutes drive away.

Villamartin Plaza is 10 minutes walk with its variety of bars & restaurants.

Nearest supermarket & bank is 5 minutes walk.

There is a local Spanish restaurant Los Cucolos 5 minutes walk

Los Dolses Plaza is 5 minutes walk and is excellent during the day for coffee and snacks.
