Apartment in Bath, Somerset - 5 Min Walk to Roman Baths.

Situated In the centre of bath, recently refurbished to an outstanding level.

This is a luxury 4 bed apartment inc annex, Sleeps 16 people, 2 bedrooms with en suites, and 1 wet room. Annex separate entrance with small kitchen and bathroom.

Very large 24x18 ft kitchen diner, large dining room table seating 16 , to the rear is a south facing decked courtyard.

Hen and well behaved stag parties are welcome with the below terms and conditions;

The client agrees to be a considerate tenant, take good care of the property and to leave it clean and tidy on departure. Deductions will occur from the damage deposit if the owner feels this rule was not followed.

The client also agrees not to act in any way which would cause disturbance to the neighbouring properties.

Car Parking is in a long stay car park which is around£8.50 for 24hrs.

We are a non-smoking establishment. If we suspect any smoking has taken place inside the property we will charge a £100 cleaning bill.

Animals are welcome at most of our properties as long as this has been pre-arranged with the owner.

What a fantastic apartment we could walk every where , it has huge rooms and a lovely sunny terrace at the back ,cant wait for an excuse to go back jill and all the hens

Most of us caught the train which is only 10 min walk away from the stn and had the best time shopping and clubbing and eating all weekend , bath is such a beautiful place you can never get bored thanks jim Ann and the gang

Great location and great flat for a weekend stay

12 of us stayed here over New Year's Eve. Joss was really helpful and came to help when we had a few questions about the flat.

Overall the flat is great, useful for a hen/ weekend break for a big group. The location is perfect for the centre of bath and the flat is clean and has most things you would need. The only thing it lacks is a lounge area, but the bedrooms and kitchen is large enough to fit 12 people comfortably. Would definitely recommend.

Hen weekend

We had rented the apartment for 14 girls for a hen do weekend and it was perfect. The house is so lovely and cosy with lots of space. Beds all very comfortable and so handy to have an en-suite in each room.

The annex is also a lovely little room added on. The house is exactly as described. Perfect location for Bath, we were able to walk to everything we needed throughout the weekend. The best bit was being 200yards from the clubs.

Communication from the staff was usually very good, I just didn't get a confirmation email re the deposit payment, but after I had called the owner, who apologised, everything was perfect. (It was very hard to find a phone number to call him in the first place.)

Definitely would recommend this gorgeous house to any large group wanting a great time under one roof in Bath centre! Thanks very much for a wonderful stay.

Fantastic Property for large groups in Bath

We stayed here for a Hen Party weekend. The property was fantastic and perfect for our needs. It was clean and well kept, had all of the facilities we needed and more. The location is excellent and we were able to easily walk anywhere in Bath. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic Apartment

Fantastic apartment in the centre of Bath, walking distance to the train station, bars and restaurants. Very modern, the property was clean with great amenities (even had speakers for our music)! Would recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Hen weekend

16 of us recently stayed at the apartment for my friend's Hen Weekend. It was perfect for our needs It's a fantastically located apartment within walking distance of the train station, spas and restaurants. The apartment itself was well furnished, the perfect size and had an annex directly opposite for extra space. Jim, the owner, looked after us very well whilst leaving us to it. Highly recommended.
