Situated In the centre of bath, recently refurbished to an outstanding level.
This is a luxury 4 bed apartment inc annex, Sleeps 16 people, 2 bedrooms with en suites, and 1 wet room. Annex separate entrance with small kitchen and bathroom.
Very large 24x18 ft kitchen diner, large dining room table seating 16 , to the rear is a south facing decked courtyard.
Hen and well behaved stag parties are welcome with the below terms and conditions;
The client agrees to be a considerate tenant, take good care of the property and to leave it clean and tidy on departure. Deductions will occur from the damage deposit if the owner feels this rule was not followed.
The client also agrees not to act in any way which would cause disturbance to the neighbouring properties.
We are a non-smoking establishment. If we suspect any smoking has taken place inside the property we will charge a £100 cleaning bill.
Animals are welcome at most of our properties as long as this has been pre-arranged with the owner.

What a fantastic apartment we could walk every where , it has huge rooms and a lovely sunny terrace at the back ,cant wait for an excuse to go back jill and all the hens
Most of us caught the train which is only 10 min walk away from the stn and had the best time shopping and clubbing and eating all weekend , bath is such a beautiful place you can never get bored thanks jim Ann and the gang

Fantastic Property for large groups in Bath
We stayed here for a Hen Party weekend. The property was fantastic and perfect for our needs. It was clean and well kept, had all of the facilities we needed and more. The location is excellent and we were able to easily walk anywhere in Bath. Would definitely recommend.
Fantastic apartment in the centre of Bath, walking distance to the train station, bars and restaurants. Very modern, the property was clean with great amenities (even had speakers for our music)! Would recommend and would definitely stay here again.
16 of us recently stayed at the apartment for my friend's Hen Weekend. It was perfect for our needs It's a fantastically located apartment within walking distance of the train station, spas and restaurants. The apartment itself was well furnished, the perfect size and had an annex directly opposite for extra space. Jim, the owner, looked after us very well whilst leaving us to it. Highly recommended.
